“The cover is of a good quality and looks more appealing to the eye than others. It is larger but we couldn’t get the exact size so hopefully it works. It has one draw string in one corner. It would be better to have the more drawstrings in the other corners to pull it tight.”

“Communication following ordering was very poor, delivery timescale was twice as long as quoted, customer service response was very poor (and slow), suddenly got a msg from courier to say out for delivery, thankfully our neighbours took it in. Product was good when it arrived.”

“Well I ordered the item and the page refresed so I lost my order number. I also have not had an confirmation email from yourselves, so hopefully I'll receive the goods on or around the14th June. So I'll review your company when the cover arrives.”

“Covers where close to the size of furniture but will keep them dry. Only problem encountered was with the delivery company, gave date and time of arrival, came 3 days later. Suggest review of company.”

“Very prompt delivery. Cover seems very thin quality but is reflected in the price. Drawstring not very efficient at holding cover against wind. Resorted to weighing down with two house bricks. Would have been better with eyelets and tied at each corner.”

“I am very pleased with the quality and price of the cover. However I had a message to say it would be with me between 15.34 and 17.34 on the Tuesday. After making sure I got home in time to accept the delivery. It did not arrive until 13.15 on the Wednesday. I was disappointed in this, when you are messaged a time in the morning, you expect it to arrive then.”

“The order process was straightforward and information provided regarding a delayed delivery quite specific and clear. However, when attempting to chase the delivery, it was impossible to contact the company using the telephone number provided. The call resulted in a "circular" process repeating the same options. The email contact form was also rejected twice. Searching for an alternative email address I eventually gained a response advising of a further slight delay. The purchased item has since been delivered. However the contact process requires urgent improvement. On this basis, the rating provided is probably still generous.”

“It’s a shame that getting a favourable review is so important, the website and purchasing experience was just fine it’s just a shame the foods haven’t actual arrived yet! There not late but somebody should change the trigger point for sending out the emails asking for a review until their delivery system actual delivers the goods!”
