My old covers had four ties to be attached to the legs of the bench. This did cause some problems as when the winds were exceptionally high and the bench was lifted and flung onto the garden 10 feet away. I solved this by weighting the bench down. The new covers have one draw string which means that any strong wing will lift the cover off. I have had to purchase a suitable length rope to tie the covers down and provide weighting for the bench. The draw string was not a positive addition.

Ordered a pop up pole to keep the rain off from puddling on the covers of my rattan furniture. So simple looks easy to do but what a price compared to the full retail price of the covers this is the dearest most expensive thing I have ever bought. Great idea but shame on you. What a profit margin

Hi just unpacked the item to put over the furniture and when I looked for and found the cord and button clip I noted the metal eye brass eyelet was detached from the hole and was torn and out of its position. Ie damaged please advise on my action next.

The delivery service is poor. Didn’t give me a chance to answer the door. Why didn’t they just post such a small/low value package through the letterbox instead of taking it away?

Completely wrong item sent. Told correct item would be sent and incorrect one collected on next working day, but this hasn't happened and still waiting for any update.

Bought a 3 metre parasol cover. You have to be a giraffe to get it on the parasol (I’m having to use the rake handle). And then you have to be a giraffe to reach the zip (I can’t). Ridiculous.

Difficult to review a product not yet received. Confirmatory email said I would receive tracking information once shipped. No email received so not able to track. Apc then failed to deliver next day as your website states. Ordered Tuesday still not received Friday unless it’s sitting on my doorstep when I get home from work.

I was given a delivery time waited in with 2 young children on a hot day waited and waited then got email to say he’d been but he didn’t knock or post sorry I missed you again said they would deliver on the Wednesday told them I was working to leave in cupboard next to front door they didn’t no card again now I’m waiting to hear when they are coming back to deliver very disappointing

i ordered this garden furniture cover on 29th May 2021. I ordered this particular cover because I believed it was in stock. I would have ordered a de-luxe version but it was noted as out of stock. Well, I am still waiting to receive my order, having emailed to find out what has happened to it. Apparently, that too was out of stock and on back order. Delivery is expected this week. Office staff provide rapid response - no problem there, but disappointed with the progress so far- 25 days so far. I can't rate the product until it arrives.

This review is being left 12 months after purchase. The initial order and delivery experience was as expectations - nothing out of the ordinary e.g. you order, they process it arrives a few days later. Unfortunately the product and aftercare are equal as poor with little regard on follow-up. Having purchase 3 large covers during the 12 month period all covers had weathered thin and either let water in (spoiling my covers underneath) or ripped. While I don't expect these products to last forever I certainly expect them to last a full set of annual weather cycles or more. The customer care was shocking. Had to chase them twice, received a response which was far off tough S**t, despite asking for follow-up dialogue. Radio silence! Much happier with my Amazon purchase with outstanding support/aftercare. Don't waste your money here on these products.

We purchased an outside dining table cover, which is at a very reasonable price. However, since our order was confirmed we have had no information at all. We have no idea when our cover is being delivered!

was looking for a smaller round table cover as well - didn't see any option. And 2 individual rattan chairs. . Will wait till 1st one comes before ordering anymore. Want to see what the quality is like before spending more money. Reasonable priced.

Placed an order for a table cover and expected delivery a few days later. Nothing came - no email advisory and no item. Waited several more days until the end of the week and then phoned them to query the order. They had it but had somehow forgotten to actually process it and get it dispatched. It would be dealt with on the following Monday! In the meantime I was asked to write this review...They could have couriered it more speedily but have chosen not to do so. Haven't seen it yet but let's hope it was worth the wait.

Initially very happy with the sofa cover. It fitted well and seemed worth paying the extra I had paid for it, However as we got to the year mark of me having it, like every other furniture cover I’ve ever had, it has split rendering it useless. As this was much more money than I would have spent before I was not expecting this to happen. Might as well go back to buying the cheaper ones if I’m going to have to replace it every year anyway.

BBQ Cover delivered as promised and fits fine. However, the draw string around the bottom only accounts for half of the bottom of the cover. Wind easily gets under the cover and the cover gets pulled off all of the time without bricks holding it down in place! Would be so much easier to have a drawstring around all of the bottom in order for it to be snug around the BBQ base and alleviate said issue!
