“Wheel barrow was damaged on arrival, something that I doubt was done in transit. I needed it for a job so signed for it there and then as I wasn’t going to bother chasing up on customer service after reading other online reviews regarding the outcomes of most cases. I have since bought a body for the wheelbarrow elsewhere and put the one I bought from garden chic on my scrap pile. Won’t use you again as I am sure that wheelbarrow left the yard damaged”

“Very good value Palram canopy, arrived quicker than we were expecting. I would definitely buy from this company again. Driver helped us carry the big box down to the shed at the end of the garden. Very impressed with the service all round.”

“I bought a haemmerlin wheelbarrow and I received it today. My advice to buyers, scroll past garden chic. The barrow is bent and mis-shapen. I regret looking for the best price as it is obviously a second. Judging from other reviews I’m not going to bother chasing them up on it as I need it today and it looks like the customer service is terrible anyway. I cannot remember the last time I ever left a review but this felt necessary to warn others”

“I ordered an Haemmerlin wheel barrow in the Black Friday sales to get the best price and asked for it to be delivered the week after as I was on holiday. I came home to find the wheel barrow in my front garden and had been delivered whilst I was away, despite I believe Garden Chic sending an email to the supplier for delivery the week I'd asked for, the barrow could have quite easily have been stolen. So although possibly not garden chic's fault, marked down 1 star for this issue.”

“Clear, easily manoeuvred web site, with good accurate pictures/descriptions of the products. Checkout was secure and straightforward. Delivery was timely and hassle free, with good contact from the suppling company who arranged it. Overall a very good quality product at a more than competitive price. I would certainly recommend Garden Chic and use them again myself.”

“I am thrilled to bits with the two very high quality slatted fence panels I received from Garden Chic. Their customer service Is first class, (telephone & email) even going so far as to change their minimum order amount on the website to suit my needs. I can’t praise them highly enough. Fantastic company. I was informed of my delivery window 24hr after my order was placed, giving me a 3hr time slot which turned up bang in the middle! Delivery guys were friendly and helpful.
