“I ordered an Haemmerlin wheel barrow in the Black Friday sales to get the best price and asked for it to be delivered the week after as I was on holiday. I came home to find the wheel barrow in my front garden and had been delivered whilst I was away, despite I believe Garden Chic sending an email to the supplier for delivery the week I'd asked for, the barrow could have quite easily have been stolen. So although possibly not garden chic's fault, marked down 1 star for this issue.”

“Clear, easily manoeuvred web site, with good accurate pictures/descriptions of the products. Checkout was secure and straightforward. Delivery was timely and hassle free, with good contact from the suppling company who arranged it. Overall a very good quality product at a more than competitive price. I would certainly recommend Garden Chic and use them again myself.”

“I am thrilled to bits with the two very high quality slatted fence panels I received from Garden Chic. Their customer service Is first class, (telephone & email) even going so far as to change their minimum order amount on the website to suit my needs. I can’t praise them highly enough. Fantastic company. I was informed of my delivery window 24hr after my order was placed, giving me a 3hr time slot which turned up bang in the middle! Delivery guys were friendly and helpful. “Purchased palram 3 by 3.05 metre white Patio cover , great price , delivery arranged directly via the Supplier , Great item very well packaged , very accommodating delivery guys and the item was very easy to assemble and we look forward to getting many years of use out of it. Would recommend the them and Palram to anyone looking for a similar item.”

“Needed two people on the ground to carry the panels on delivery.A few of the slats broke away from the panels as they needed to be picked up at each end to keep them intact. The panels are very effective and will look good once in place.”
