Sadly I would avoid this company. Communication is very poor and they appear to just act as sellers for manufacturers, so they take no responsibility for issues. Only have a part of my ordered item and they can’t tell me when or if the rest will be coming anytime soon! Frustrating

I ordered 2 sun loungers on 10/06/23. It’s now 21/06/23 and still not received my order. Contacted garden chic and they don’t know why it hasn’t been delivered.

Hi Allison, We are sorry that your order took longer than expected. Sales have been very strong and we have been working very hard to stay on top of things. Our email has had an auto responder on for a couple of weeks asking customers to allow 3-5 working days for a response. You contacted us and asked us for an update on your order, we asked for you to confirm your order details so that we could look into it for you. You sent them through at approx 1pm & then left this review the following morning before we had chance to respond back. Your items were in transit at the time & were delivered the day folowing the review. We hope that they give you many years good service. Best Regards GardenChic

Ordered my summer house and they said it would take 4 weeks and it did. I spoke to 2 lads who were very pleasant and helpful in customer services. Delivery driver was great too. Couldn't fault them at all.

I have been searching for a while now for a good quality rattan set and found one on Garden Chic that was a lot cheaper than everywhere else. Took the plunge and ordered it but was a bit worried. Rowlinson 8 seater set arrived as promised and it’s perfect! I love it and have had so many compliments. At least £200 cheaper than everywhere else and Garden Chic kept me up to date throughout. Highly recommend

I purchased a Banana Cantilever and base on 28/04/23. Stated 3 to 7 days, on 7/05/23 I contacted customer service with regards to my order, I received email back on 9/05/23; stating it was in warehouse ready to be uplifted. And would be delivered together. I received the base on 11/05/23, with no Banana Cantilever, contacted customer service again to inform them. Received a email on 15/05/23 to inform me that, it had left warehouse.that they would investigate and get back to me. They got back to me apologising stating, that they only had green left I informed them to give me a full refund for order, Eventually on the 19/05/23 I got refund for Banana Cantilever, I contacted them again, explaining I wonted full refund and to uplift the base. After a few more emails The base was finally uplifted on 2/06/23, I am still waiting for refund To say I am a little annoyed is an understatement, hence the reason for this email. So my question is ? advertising products for a great price, but is unable to fulfil, the goods or delivery is not given your Company a good reputation I never do reviews, but feel I need to let other customers know my experience. Ordered a garden furniture set. They originally sent the wrong cushions which I understand can happen. Contacted them promptly and they arranged collection quickly and agreed to post out the right cushions once they received the wrong ones. It took a further 2 weeks to post out the right cushions, eventually was sent on the 30th of this month and it is now the 5th and the overnight DX courier they use, still haven’t delivered them.

I bought a wooden hammock stand that, when delivered, was an utter disgrace. It had was clearly a second that had been poorly patched up to sell. I contacted customer service and it was explained that it was direct from supplier (drop shipped). Garden Chic (Gudrun) did apologise and asked for pics which I sent and to their merit, a replacement item was sent out within 48 hours. The replacement was the product that I'd originally hoped for. It could be that one bad one slipped through the net, although the poor effort to patch it up and repack by the supplier says otherwise. However, the customer service and speed of dealing with the matter by Garden Chic was very good indeed.

First told item was in stock. Then 5 week lead time. Then Booked for 7 weeks for delivery. the cancelled the day before and re booked at their next available slot in 7 weeks. 14 week wait for

I ordered a gaming chair and received a mini greenhouse. It took a month and many emails to get this resolved, all the time my payment was held hostage - absolutely no sense of urgency. Very disappointing as this was a gift for my grandson.

Bought the outsunny metal storage shed advertised as 8 x 6 once I started putting it up it was actually a 6 x 4 with a lot of holes out of place so lots of predrilling necessary and really poor quality flimsy material

I bought 3 forest garden planters 1.8m When they arrived they look NOTHING like the photo. I had to spend eight hours sanding them to get them looking anything like the photo. I have never seen rougher cut wood! Please be aware if you buy these they would probably suit an allotment not a patio!

Great product and quick delivery with a date that I was able to select myself. Excellent customer service throughout. My only issue with the product itself is that the doors were way too big and had to be planed down quite substantially.

Good afternoon, We are sorry to hear there is an additional shipping fee for your order, there can sometimes be delivery charges with some suppliers based on the location, we understand this can be frustrating as it did not show when you added the item to the basket however, we have been advised this is what the courier would charge. I ordered a shed and arbour. I haven't erected them yet but everything is there and it all looks good quality. Deliver was excellent, the delivery man was very helpful.

Delighted with my Antoinette swingseat. Very solid and well made. Delivery guy great - although I did not recognise the company's name and dismissed their email as spam. Suggest you advise customers who will deliver. Just need some good weather now..
