“Delivery was as expected. The greenhouse could be tricky to assemble fortunately Hubby is a carpenter! painted to match our Summer House and it looks fab, going to garden center today for some chilli and pepper plants. This is perfect size and practical. a few screws were missing but they were surprisingly good quality-so hubby says!!!”

“I recently purchased a Tiered Raised Bed Planter. It arrived very quickly and suits my purpose perfectly. The only criticism I have is that it was supplied without any securing fastenings. A packet of screws would have been useful.”

“I ordered the woodland planter which wes described as 500mmx 500mm x 1000mm. On enquiring was told they were OVERALL measurements as after I received and measured its only 400mmx400mm x940.The description is misleading as it also said ' a planting depth of 20 inches'. The description should have the correct sizes especially depth. I just wanted to make this point. I was not offered any reduction in price as I felt I should have been.”

Hello, As is standard practise the dimensions on our website are external measurements unless otherwise stated on such items as greenhouses and sheds which will have a footprint dimensions stated as well as external dimensions. We explained this to you at the time and as the item was not mis-described in any way at all we did not offer any form of compensation as we listed the item correctly on our website. We did offer to collect the item and refund you in full but this offer was turned down.

“delivery took nearly a month, way too long in this day and age, was stated to take 5 to 15, which is quite a long time in itself, delivery firm said they tried to contact me and left voice mails, well I didnt get them, just an excuse, only got a delivery date after i contacted them”

“Ordered a gas bbq price was great was over £250 cheaper than anywhere else so was initially wondering if it was to good to be true but the bbq arrived and is excellent great value for money my sister ordered one after seeing it and is also really pleased”

“Purchased the Grange gate I wanted and the Grange fencing side strips, yours was the only website that sold both products I needed and as a bonus they were also cheaper on your site than anywhere else. Finding products and checkout were easy, received confirmation email immediately but did not receive a delivery email, I do however know that items are delivered direct from Grange so cannot understand why they didn't send me one. I am a happy customer and will definitely recommend Garden Chic to others, Thank you.”
