“Love it great to sit in and shelter from showers also to get out of sun if too hot. Only downside usually have to move one of my cats ( I have 5) to fit in 😉x”

“First delivery to wrong address, second was delayed due to damage. I won't buy from a company again who have no customer service number. Web chat is fine for queries but not any form of complaint. The product was fine, but the experience as anything but”

The item was delivered to the address given at the time of ordering however the revised address that you kindly forwarded after ordering was received a little too late for the courier to action. “I ordered a picnic bench set from Garden Chic and at £395 thought it would be a good purchase, but when it arrived I wasn't very happy with the quality. Quite a lot of the timbers had cracks in them which is not good for an item that has to stand out in our varying British climate, also some of the timbers were not finished properly and were very rough. The picnic table was delivered straight from the manufacturer, so Garden Chic were not responsible for the quality of the product, but should investigate the quality of items they are selling if not on site. The manufacturing company collected the picnic table without any problems after my complaint and Garden Chic refunded the full amount once the goods were returned to base.”
