We are really sorry for the delay in you getting your order. It was being delivered directly by the manufacturer and they struggled to get in contact with you by phone to get it booked in for a convenient day. They say that they then switched to trying by email and that your item was delievred the day following this feedback post. Apologies once again. We hope that you get many years of enjoyment out of your chimenea.

“There was an issue with a supplier (no fault of Garden Chic) but Garden Chic were so easy to deal with - great communication, great support and a really great experience despite the issue with the supplier. “Outsunny Hammock Stand Wooden 3.25m should be supplied with a power sander and some decent wood treatment if you want to use this outside. Alternatively you can throw it away and buy another one next year. Your decision.”
