Hi I ordered a palram hybrid greenhouse, and was clearly advised, it was 21 day delivery. Which was fine. To my amazement and total delight, it arrived in 5 days. Thank you to all your staff and suppliers. Considering the covid pandemic, that's a great service. I will definitely be using you again. Well done.

Dreadful customer service. Order fence spikes from them 2 months ago. Payment taken. Chased twice for delivery details with no response. On third chaser got told they weren’t going to send them me as they were an ‘add on item’ only. Even though this wasn’t detailed on the main product page. So quite happy to keep my money with no intention of sending me what I paid for. Avoid.

Complete lack of engagement from company following post sales problem. We purchased a greenhouse from Garden Chic/Gudrum via their Ebay site. The unit was supplied directly from Forest and the frame components were warped, only noticeable after putting the base frame together. After an initially quick reply asking for more info and photos multiple further emails from us went ignored over nearly 6 weeks. To get any reply at all we had to raise a Paypal dispute. This got a response and after a relatively productive phone call emails from the company became ugly and we were accussed of demanding money back unfairly and invalidating any warranty as we had put metal brackets on to straighten up the frame. Had they bothered to engage with us when we kept asking for help it would have been so much easier. It seemed to us that they were keen to take advantage of the interest in garden equipment with the lockdown but not interested if any customer had a problem with their purchase. They did offer a refund but with us having to pay for postage, of a 150kg greenhouse! So we kept our crooked greenhouse but would not recommend anyone else to use this company. Trustpilot has some awful reviews of them, wish we had researched more beforehand.

We have had numerous e-mails back and forth regarding your greenhouse. As you know you made significant structural modifications to the greenhouse with the result that the greenhouse did not fit together properly. You have even explain how the parts looked fine on delivery. You also explained and sent images showing the modifications that you had made. Despite us explaining that modifications will invalidate any warranty, you pursued your claim through Paypal. We disputed the legitimacy of your claim and paypal found in our favour. This review is entirely unfair

Had they bothered to engage with us when we kept asking for help it would have been so much easier. I purchased a garden seat on 29th April.On request I was told delivery would be the 7th or 8th of May.Nothing.It never arrived,so I cancelled on 21st may.Was told I would receive a full refund within 3to 5 days.Nothing.Then was told they would chase it up.Nothing.Today,3rd June told it is a priority.I am very upset .the service has been terrible.Avoid.

Please send an e-mail with your postcode / order number marked FAO Andrew and reference this review and I will ensure that your refund is processed immediately. Since lockdown, owing to social distancing we have been operating with much fewer staff than usual and we are aware that occasionally our service has not met our usual standards and I apologise.

My lean to green house was so easy to put together and at a great price, a quality product ant good after sales service. I painted it and it was a very easy job

I ordered 7 Posts, 3 fence panels and a T&G Gate from GardenChic. There was a problem with the gate so I emailed Customer Services. No Reply. 5 more emails and 8 weeks later and still no reply to any of my attempts to contact them ! I certainly will never do business with them again.

I had a problem with a Gate I ordered through GardenChic website. After 6 emails over 7 weeks I have still not received a single response from them. I will never do business with them again. The few pounds I saved (yes they are one of the cheapest suppliers) has been wiped out ten fold by having an £80 gate which I cannot use.

I recently contacted Garden Chic to purchase a garden sofa set. Most retailers had a long lead time and in the current climate, couldn't guarantee when the delivery date would be. A very helpful young lady took my details and said she would look into this. On calling back she confirmed availability, and said delivery would be in 5 days. Delivery was tracked accurately, spot-on timing and 2 very polite, helpful men carried the furniture to my garden. All within current guidelines. Fantastic service from start to finish.

I ordered a playhouse from the company but cancelled it due to long lead times weeks ago, no refund, no contact, I've emailed several times and heard nothing back. Really poor and will now have to pursue through my credit card. DO NOT USE

Despite issues surrounding Covid19, our Palram Skylight Pent 4 x 6 shed arrived in 10 days - best price at time of order. Put together yesterday & very pleased but have a very small doubt/worry about the size of the hinges for the very wide door, but time will tell.... We ordered a Shiplap Pent Outdoor Store for our bikes. The item was not in stock at the time of our order and I was a little sceptical about the promised delivery date, however it arrived at 10am on the scheduled day. Took about 4 hours to assemble (mostly single handed) and very happy with the quality.

Ordered fence panels. Delivery was excellent. One arrived damaged. Contacted garden chic and the arranged a replacement. Excellent customer service. Will not hesitate to order from them again.
