“Oder incorrect, was given no way to correct or dispute this. Order badly delayed with no communication. Epically poor delivery situation which has left me with a potentially damaged door and no comeback. Company have responded but haven't actually offered to assist in any way. It may have been a small order to them but it was a very large purchase for me and I feel badly let down by the service and support provided.”

“Still waiting for delivery, contacted to say delivery on thursday, phoned to ask on Friday where it is only to be told that the lorry was too big to deliver so will arrange delivery this week (a message would have been good to let me know what was happening), its now wednesday 5-36 pm no phone call yet.,,, still waiting for delivery”

Hi Mr Partridge Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I apologise for the delay in your delivery. As you will note from our delivery information, term & conditions and email confirmation, we do mention: "If there are any access problems to the delivery address for large lorries, please make us aware as soon as possible. If we are not notified, you may be charged and additional delivery rate and your order could be delayed." As we were not notified of any access issues, unfortunately this delivery had to be reschedualed with a smaller vehicle. Had we had this information prior to delivery, the transport team would have been able to arrange a smaller verhicle for you. We have however waiverd the re-delivery surcharge on this occaision for you. If you have any further concerns, please do feel free to contact me on the email address below. “Good price BUT...... I had to make contact and ask when it was going to be delivered as I didnt hear anything and the 2 weeks delivery date had passed.......no call on delivery date as told!!......door was wrong delivered without frame & vertical design not the horizontal with frame as per my order.....I would have spotted all of this if I was called prior to delivery!....the replacement delivery was ment to turn up on a Monday but Turned up on Tuesday....but did get a call this time!! Door is good but it was 2 weeks late and not as per my order which took the shine of it!!!”

“Door was delivered with insufficient muscle to unload it. Fortunately my son was in and helped unload the door. When I installed the door the right hand open latch was fine but the left hand door mechanism fouled the top and I had to strip it back and put in some washers to bring the mechanism down a bit. Finally when I tried to close the right hand door the latch pushes the fixed portion back and I have to push it back into place and then close the right door using the key.”

I apologise if you did not receive this. I have looked into your account regarding the manufacturing issues you have mentioned but i can not see that these were ever reported to us. We have a dedicated technical team and a great relationship with the manufacturers to be able to rectify any faults you may come across on installation. All parts are also covered under a 2 year manufacturers warranty for extra peice of mind.
