“Fab first solo adventure but I wouldn’t do it through Gap360 again! Just got back from the 25 day Thai adventure tour, a really wonderful trip with so many amazing memories. Our tour guide Mickey made everything 10x better, super helpful & knowledgable of Thailand. There is a huge amount packed in and you are moved on from each place quite quickly. This works for a whistle stop tour of Thailand but I’d definitely want to go back to spend far more time in each place. The tours are more catered towards late teens to early 20s - if you’re not someone who wants to be out drinking & up until the early hours every night then it is a struggle. Gap360 boast that one of the trip highlights is the “ethical” elephant sanctuary you get taken to, however I was greatly disappointed when we arrived to see elephants chained under a shelter with chains on their legs & very little give. After discussing this with our tour guide, two representatives from Gap360 came to speak with me and basically told me that as long as tourists keep paying the money to see elephants that this treatment of them will continue. In my opinion a tour company like Gap360 should be at the forefront of ensuring the exploitation of these animals is stopped. But sadly that’s business. I believe they need to be more open with their customers about what they will be seeing, especially paying so much. Thailand is such a haven for travellers you could 1000% do it by yourself for 1/4 of the cost.”

“Had an amazing trip round Thailand on the Gap 360 Thai Adventure. Massive thank you to our amazing guide Mickey who was very helpful, fun and knew so much about Thai culture! I travelled solo and went to so many amazing places that I wouldn’t have went if I wasn’t with the group. I had a brilliant experience with Gap 360 and would highly recommend travelling with them!”

“An amazing experience and totally worth it. Our tour guide Mickey was amazing and made the trip 10x better by bringing so much fun and knowledge about everywhere we went! Definitely got to experience so many things which would be hard to find without a tour company.”

“Mickey! Mickey was amazing, so funny, so nice and the best tour guide there is. I cannot recommend him enough, he made our tour. He has the best recommendations, got along with everyone so well, made sure we were well looked after and sorted everything out for us. I love that man.”

“Booked a trip with them to Australia and my flight was cancelled due to strikes meaning I missed the trip and Gap360 refused to give me a refund”

Hi there. We're really sorry that your flights were cancelled by your airline. This is completely out of Gap 360's control and as the trip was still running the issue was wholly with the airport/airline. In this instance you would claim on travel insurance for the costs incurred as we had already booked and paid for your accommodation and activities. Gap 360 have provided all supporting documentation you require to make a claim so we would suggest doing this as soon as possible.

“This was my first solo trip and it was made extra special thanks to our tour guide Robbie ( Wanlop) He made everything for us soo effortless and never rested until we were all happy. The itinerary was fantastic and kept us entertained throughout the 18 days and would highly recommend gap 360 for anyone planning a backpackers trip through Thailand.”

“This trip has been one of the best experiences of my life, if not the best. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my travels! The friends I have made on this trip are friends for life and the experiences I had will stick with me forever. I want to say a massive thank you to Gap360 especially to our group leader Robbie. He went above and beyond in every aspect of the trip, he was there if you needed a hand or someone to talk to, but also was always down for a laugh. He really made the trip! I will 100% be using gap360 again as well as a massive recommendation for anyone else looking to travel. I truly loved every moment. Thank you!!”
