“I’ve personally delt with Becca on many occasions, she truly cares about giving you what you need to help choose the choice of destination that is best for you! I’m pretty forgetful and she goes out her way to remind me about things which is great as it shows her care. Her customer service is amazing!”

“I had never used Gap 360 before or been travelling but cannot recommend enough. From the point of booking, they kept in contact and answered any queries. It is a great option for meeting new people, not having to worry about being alone, and it takes the in country transport stress away! There were 10 people on my Thailand tour so we got to know each other really well and I had a great time!”

“you should absolutely do this!! you are really looked after the whole time by tour group leaders and via phone also! Aimee has resovled all and any issues ive had almost instantly, even when those problems have been rare and only small hiccups on an incredible trip!!”

“I only have a problem with the company “Gap360” not “one life” as the hostel was “shown” I wasn’t informed that I would be sharing a room with 8 other girls, with 2 plug (we would have to unplug our lights just to charge our phones) only 1 shower door closed it wasn’t good, the place was very clean (ofc for Japan) but as I was informed they don’t recommend “suitcases” I wasn’t informed that we would be taking public transport everywhere, and I brought two suitcases along with me and I’m not use to dragging my suitcases around, I also had to send my suitcase as it was too heavy for me to lift (23kg) as I had put a small one in there, Beth had to help me with them and the people on the tour, but my other big suitcase couldn’t be sent, the company should inform people that you will have to pay or you might not be able to send a suitcase, but Thankfully Beth informed me before. I don’t personally think that’s fair, I think there’s should be more information about why you definitely shouldn’t bring a suitcase. Overall the hostels we was in after the first one was lovely I’m so happy I got to experience so many places, but as a company I think there’s should be more information about if you have mental heath (that maybe they shouldn’t recommend certain places to go or do) I saw there was an information box about it but noting more, I had an interesting time with the “tour” but I’m happy I done it, Beth got me through it, without her I probably would have gone home (because of my mental health) but Beth thank you once again for just being you❤️you was everything I needed and could of asked for an angel in disguise you went above and beyond, thank you Beth❤️🫰🏻”

“If your looking for Backpack travelling experiance GAP360 is the way to do it very helpful in all areas from booking the trips provided the relevant information to where you want to go. and even have there flights 360 team to help book your flights to match the trip itinerary! “This trip was incredible and eventful from start to finish. Especially the elephant sanctuary in Chang Mai. Also, our guide Kung was top notch throughout. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. You can clearly see the love she has for her home country. I one hundred percent recommend this trip. And if you’re lucky enough to get Kung as your guide I know you’ll have a great time.”

“I’ve just finished the 25 day Thai adventure tour with Kung. The tour was amazing from start to finish so well organised! And Kung was the best tour guide ever!! Always there to help us, I unfortunately had an accident on the trip but she was always there to help me and look after me! I’d recommend the trip to anyone”

“How do I start! I am so glad I booked this tour I made some incredible memories and made some friends that I can’t wait to see again. “i did the 25 day thai adventure, absolutely an experience of a lifetime! i had the most amazing time w our group and have memories that will last me forever! our tour guide Pond made the trip, he was always so involved and really made the experience memorable. if you’re lucky enough to have him as your tour guide i can guarantee it will be an excellent trip! couldn’t recommend the thai adventure more! if you’re thinking of booking, just do it! :)”

“Our 25day tour of Thailand was amazing, the way all of the accommodation and most activities were pre-paid through our itinerary was very helpful and relieved a lot of money stress. Nyla was our group tour guide and I do believe that without her the tour wouldn’t have been the same, she made us all feel so welcome and safe along with being so far away from home she made that experience a lot easier by being welcoming and caring ! Nyla was amazing in every aspect of our tour and I greatly appreciate her.”

“Our tour guide Nyla was amazing, she really felt like our Mum through the trip. She had every situation under control at all times, allowing us to seamlessly get on with the activities without any hassle at all. Not only was she extremely easy to get on with, but she genuinely cared about all of us and made sure we were always okay and comfortable. The overall experience was fantastic but Nyla was definitely a strand-out factor of the trip. Please give that woman a raise because she made the whole experience that much more special!!!”

“The price we paid was amazing value as we got to experience so much more than if we booked solo. Our tour guide NYLA really made the trip special. She went above and beyond for every one of us and made us feel safe at all times. She was like a best friend to us all while also keeping her authority, without Nyla the trip wouldn’t have been as special, her knowledge on every place we visited was amazing. Also the elephant sanctuary family that hosted us were so welcoming, very friendly and great fun. I wouldn’t change it for the world. As I said, Nyla was amazing throughout and the whole trip was very well organized, accommodation, transfers, and food included was perfect. Thank you gap 360 and especially Nyla for an amazing trip I’ll never forget 😊”
