“Thailand 25-Day Adventure! The Thailand 25-day Adventure was a truly unbelievable trip and I would and have been already recommending it to anyone I have spoken to now I am back in the UK. Led by the incredible tour guides of Mickey and Ming, I did not have to think once where I was going from one day to the next. They both ran the whole tour and logistics side of things so smoothly. Each place we went to was fantastic and full of a brilliant range of activities but what also made this trip was the open-ended knowledge from Mickey and Ming; if you wanted to do more activities than were planned at a location, they would be able to set it up and organise it in no time - from Rock climbing on Railey Beach to jungle trekking and bamboo rafting when we went to the floating bungalow. This is a truly unforgettable tour that everyone who is on the fence about going solo travelling but wants to go to Thailand should go on this trip. You’ll be with a fantastic group of people who you are all in the same situation at first of not knowing each other but who will soon become good friends and along with Mickey and Ming make the trip what it is.”

“I did the 18 days Thai adventure and had the best time! We did so many activities that there really was something for everyone. This was my first time travelling solo which made me a little apprehensive at first but the trip was so well organised that I was immediately put at ease. Our guides Mickey and Ming really made the whole trip, they were amazing and I can’t praise them highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they really went the extra mile to ensure we were all having a good time, this included recommendations for places to eat or organising extra activities for our free time. After the 18 days I went to Koh Tao to learn to dive and both Mickey and Ming made sure I was aware of the groups’ plans so I was able to meet up with them on an evening instead of being on my own which I really appreciated. I would really recommend the entire experience and it definitely wouldn’t have been the same without Mickey and Ming’s input and efforts!”

“Thailand Adventure - 18 Days Such an unreal trip, so many amazing experiences and memories made!! Good value for money, lots of nice meals, great activities and transport included. The tour guides - Mickey and Ming were exceptional, always going the extra mile to ensure we were all having an incredible time! They were so organised, caring and fun! Would 100% recommend this trip if you’re wanting to have the best time in Thailand!!”

“Thai Adventure 25 days! I had the most unforgettable time in Thailand, from feeding and bathing elephants, trekking and staying in the jungle to island hopping and snorkelling in the beautiful lagoons as well as much more. The trip was extremely organised and we were offered much more and had optional extras planned on top. Our tour guides Mickey and Ming were brilliant and went the extra mile for us constantly. For me travelling solo for the first time, was a scary thought, however Mickey and Ming made me feel safe at all times and made you feel part of the group. They were caring, attentive and kept us all happy at all times. Without Mickey and Ming the trip wouldn’t have been the same! Highly recommend the 25 day Thai Adventure!”

“I did the 18 day Thailand tour and it was amazing!! The tour guides Mickey and Ming completely made the experience for me, as they were extremely attentive, smiley, fun and always went the extra mile to sort out anything extra we wanted to do. E.g hikes, climbing, pool parties, island trips etc. All the activities we did were planned perfectly and there was always a taxi/ transport waiting for us when we finished to go on to the next place! If you want a nice start into travelling this is the best way to do it as you don’t need to organise anything once you arrive in Thailand, I highly recommend it!”

“Thai adventure adventure - 25 days This trip was unbelievable! It was full of amazing experiences that were all organised and planned by Mickey and Ming so that we took full advantage of every place we visited! They were there to help with anything you needed, and are the most friendliness and caring tour guides to have. They made the trip very special! So many memories and pictures remember the amazing summer!!”

“The trip was brilliant - bathing elephants, hiking in jungles, exploring the islands. It was all made better by Mickey and Ming. Mickey was constantly giving advice on things he knew I'd specifically love doing and in free time would give me a bunch of suggestions he knew I'd enjoy. He was also brilliant with helping any medical issues and would spend all his day cleaning people's cuts whilst still being happy and fun. Mickey was so organised, bubbly and you couldn't get a better guide. Ming was brilliant too and always around to chat or give extra information or advice! Highly recommend this tour, a brilliant month and best way to see Thailand.”

“Thai Adventure 25 days - 25th July - 18th August. I had the most amazing time on this trip. Everything was extremely well organised by Mickey and Ming, the days we had free time they went out of their way to organise something for us to do. Mickey was really helpful in putting all the needed information into the group chat and making sure everyone was safe and happy. I really couldn’t praise them highly enough. The only part of the tour that I didn’t enjoy as much was Ao Nang. I felt that staying at Railay beach would have been better”

“I had an amazing time on the Bali intro tour, however in reality that was nothing to do with Gap 360 as the tour was organised and run but Intro Travel who were great and I highly recommend. In terms of Gap 360, they should have been clear that they didn't provide the tour themselves as that was very confusing suddenly received an email from Intro a few weeks before my departure. Their flight booking system also isn't worth using as I might as well have done it myself considering I still had to check over and amend incorrect information. Note: if you have dietary requirements Gap 360 won't book them for you nor will they tell you that you have to do it yourself, I ended up with a 13+ hour flight without food because a vegetarian option hadn't been put down on my booking.”

Hi, great to hear that you enjoyed your time on the Bali Intro Tour... You are correct we are a travel agent and use several different in-country teams and companies abroad who run the trips we sell, most of them unique to Gap 360. We price match and share all the same information so booking via us you're at no disadvantage, actually you get more with our 24/7 emergency support and UK based financial protection and insurances etc... Sorry to hear about the experience with your airline. We have a preferred company Flights 360 who I assume you are referring to but as they are a totally separate entity for data protection we cannot share information so although you might have advised Gap 360 you are vegetarian unless you told your flight coordinator at the point of booking they would have had no way to have known this. Gap 360 ensures that your dietary requirements are catered for in-country whilst on the trip and we assume in this case they were, just not on the flight that was booked elsewhere. Thanks for travelling with us and we hope you will again...

“I had the most amazing trip with Gap360 - all activities booked were fab and despite some activities having to be cancelled due to it being rainy season, our fantastic guide Nyla managed to provide us with some great ideas for alternatives. On the whole the accommodation provided ranged from acceptable to great and when meals were provided they were good. I met some amazing people through Gap360 and would recommend this trip to anyone thinking about going travelling with a group!!”

“I booked a campervan, picking up from Seattle and dropping to Las Vegas about 9 months in advance of my trip. The week before I got an email from the third party company Gap 360 use in the states for vans, on reading this document I realised they had put my campervan as San Francisco to Las Vegas. I contacted the company Escale assuming there’d been a mistake. They informed me that was what they had been told by Gap 360 and that I needed to contact them. At this point it was Friday and I was flying on the following Tuesday. I called Gap 360 fist thing on Friday and they said they had made a mistake but they’d find another van for us from Seattle. The weekend came and went and Monday morning I called gap again asking for info. They said they’d get in contact. I received an email telling me that no campervans was to be had from Seattle and I’d have to go from San Francisco - which is hundreds of miles away. I called the company who could offer me no reasonable help at all. They offered to fly us to San Francisco to pick up the van - I tried to explain that this virtually cut of all our trip but they said there was nothing they could do. I tried Im vain to find another van but given this was now the day before I was flying it was impossible to find. I called Gap 360 back again and they offered us £300 in refund plus flying us to San Francisco to pick up the van. This didn’t even cover the changes in our plans but the extra it would cost us In new campsites, lost national park passes which you have to buy months in advance. They were unmoving and when I asked if they would at least pay for our add ons with the van, a mere $20 for some camping chairs they said no. They said that we could accept the changes they’d offered and nothing else. At this point I was about to fly and had no other options other than to cancel the trip, so we went ahead and accepted their offer. It was a nightmare dealing with them, they didn’t pass on cases between the team so when one person is out of office there’s no help till they get back, they didnt do anything to assist with the trip, the situation was terribly handled, entirely the fault of Gap 360 in the first place as our booking clearly states Seattle to San Francisco from the off. Extremely disappointed if you’re planning any trip I’d avoid gap 360 entirely and go straight to the source.”

We hold ourselves to incredibly high standards and we acknowledge they were not met for your booking, so we have undertaken steps and processes to ensure this error does not happen again. When the booking error was discovered we offered you a number of options, and we're pleased you took the option of monetary compensation to help cover the costs of rearranged travel along with new flights from Seattle to San Francisco to enable you to continue your trip and have a great time in the USA. We're glad you chose this option, even if your trip had to be modified due to the circumstances. As I'm sure you can appreciate we send thousands and thousands of travellers around the world each year, and in one or two rare situations an error can occur - our ethos is to do all we can to make it right, and we believe in this instance we did just that. We completely understand how you feel and that your experience with Gap 360 wasn't one you anticipated, and we hope you were still able to have an enjoyable time on your travels.

“Just got home from the 25 day Thai adventure and can honestly say its been the best experience of my life so far. With not having travelled before the trip is ideal for anyone who would like the comfort of having ensured organisation, support and company; it also offers alot of free time so you can explore independently. Our tour leader kung, i couldn't of asked for a more funny and kind person to have been with us every step of the way, me and some of the other girls called her our thai mum as she really was our support system when ever we needed her! 💗 The main inspiration i have learnt from the trip is that materialistic things in this world do not matter as much as we think, its the people around us and the experiences we encounter that make us feel complete and on-top of the world and im so grateful for this trip and Thailands culture to highlight this to me. Also met friends for and met so many amazing people- memories will stay with me forever. The trip has left me so inspired and has given me the confidence to want to do future travelling, so i thank you for so much for that gap360. Much love, louisa x 🇹🇭🌴🐘💕🌎”

“Just finished the 25 Day Thai adventure, i have had the time of my life. This trip was ideal as I felt safe, happy and supported the whole time. The trip is very well organised. Including a mix of organised days and free days so you can also do what you like. You will definitely make friends for life. 💗 I would also like to mention our amazing tour guide Kung. We could not have asked for a more kind and dedicated tour guid (and friend) She made the tour so amazing, even when we all pushed her buttons. 🤣 no matter what the situation was she was there to help us through it. I cannot thank and recommend our lovely Mumma kung enough. 💞 the only things I would personally recommend is to have more money available than suggested we used a lot more as we ate a meal out every night, i would also recommend a flight from bangkok to Chang mai if you can afford an extra 30 pounds it saves you a 9 hour drive. if you are considering booking this tour, do it. You will not regret it. Thank again Gap 360, Kung and all my amazing friends ❤️ Katrina X”

“The whole trip was absolutely incredible !! It is so well organised and includes everything you’d want to experience. Our tour guide was Wanlop Robbie and he was amazing. He was such a good guide and really made sure everything was put in place for us and everyone was comfortable and happy. I couldn’t recommend this trip enough!
