“An absolute 5 star experience - largely down to Poy and Nyla who were the best guides I’ve experienced on a trip. The locations were fab and the tour ran so smoothly. Booking the tour allowed me to not only have a stress free experience when travelling place to place as all transfers, timings and accommodations were sorted but it also allowed me to access parts of Thailand that I’d struggle to visit on my own such as the jungle trekking and staying at Koh sok which were both my personal highlights. It was an honour to have Nyla and Poy tour us around their beautiful country. Nyla went above and beyond so organise activities for us especially on the islands where I took part in an optional fishing trip which was another personal highlight that I’d recommend. I was able to make some brilliant friendships with the other members of my tour group which made the tour that much more enjoyable . Every location is beautiful in its own way and on the longer trip (which I chose) through Thailand I felt that the range of locations really gave me a great taste for the country. Going from cities to jungles to bright blue beaches to party islands I felt like I walked away truly experiencing Thailand for all its various offerings. My personal favourite location was the phi phi islands! Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had.”

“An incredible experience made so simple thanks to our amazing guides Nyla and Poy, both were extremely helpful. It was a stress free experience because of them, which gave you the chance to enjoy all of the trip and not have to worry about anything apart from being on time in reception. There was so much to do and we covered so many activities across Thailand. If we had any free days there was always optional activities provided. I highly recommend this tour to anyone thinking about it as it is a perfect starter guide for travelling and I just hope for your benefit you get Nyla and Poy guiding you. A huge thanks to everyone involved and I'll definitely be using Gap360 again.”

“One of the best experiences of my life. We had great activities, great nights out and great support from our guides Nyla and Poy who went above and beyond in looking after us and dealing with any issues we had, be they injuries or conflicting personalities. The tour is a perfect holiday for someone looking for adventure and to make new friends. With 22 people going you are more or less guaranteed to find people you can make bonds with for the rest of the trip and hopefully longer.”

“I can not recommend the Thai Adventure enough!! In particular our tour guides Nyla and Poy who made the trip as a whole!!. Nyla and Poy made the experience run effortlessly as well as making it as fun as possible removing all the stress from us. Even in your free time the tour guides provide you with options of things to do and will book it all for you and get your the best price possible! They were also available at anytime of day to answer any questions or concerns you may have. All of the included activities were faultless too! I think the price paid for this trip is well worth it for the memories and experience you will uncover!!”

“I highly recommend this trip for others, very well organised and thought out. Nyla and Poy were highly supportive of my needs as well as other people and made sure that this trip was a great experience. One thing I would change would be the long journeys to places, for example the 10 hour bus journey from Bangkok to Chiangmai. I felt like it it would’ve been to better to stay in places longer because at times the travelling was physically exhausting”

“Could not recommend the trip enough, was very well organised, completely taking the stress out of travelling. Nyla and Poy were outstanding, very personable and made an effort with all 23 of us in the group. Overall, the trip was so enjoyable and gave us a great experience around Thailand, and that is a huge credit to Nyla and Poy’s efforts throughout.”

“I had a great time on the Thailand adventure with of much down to our amazing guides, Nyla and Poy, who went the extra mile to offer us opportunities that weren't just included in the itinerary. We got to see all areas of Thailand and travelled a variety of different ways, all adding to the overall experience. Overall the main group got on very well and with a group of over 20 individuals you will always find 'your' people. Once again I would like to thank Nyla and Poy for an experience I will never forget and would definitely recommend this trip to anyone!”

“First of all I would like to thank our tour guides Nyla and Poy, I do have enough good things to say about them. The tour itself included everything I could have asked for and more. I would highly recommended it to anyone as I made memories which I won’t forget for a very long time and met friends for life. I felt that the group got on very well as a whole, except for a certain somebody who took it upon them self to try and expedite someone from the group for doing nothing wrong.”

“The Thai adventure lived up to every expectation I had for it and 10x more! Nyla and Poy played a huge part in this and definitely made the trip one that I will remember for a very long time! Whether it was organising extra activities for us or making travelling as easy as it could be! “I was very happy with our thoughtful and accommodating guides Nyla and Poy. I have extra needs as an autistic person and when I said I needed to leave a loud place Poy walked me back to the hotel. I would have liked more cultural information about the ways in which people lived in Thailand but due to the immature people on the tour I think it would have been lost on them and kind of pointless. I was very disappointed with the English people on the tour. I am older (26) but I was so shocked with the language of the 'men' on the tour, from the r words (in front of me an autistic person which I was very open about) to consent jokes whilst in a 3000 year old cave with drawings, to games of would you rather gang r**p x or y. I was shocked with the amount of Homophobic comments from the people on the tour. 'That's gay' ... I haven't hear this kind of language since I was at school 10 years ago. I am an openly bisexual women and there were bisexual men and other women on the tour who felt increasing uncomfortable about the language used. It really tarnish the trip and was very hard to hear day in and day out. I had to go off by myself a lot to get away from it. Or call this use of language out which was meant with conflict. I did not expect in this age group to be so immature which sadly did make the trip very unpleasant at times. This is no fault of the guide or gap360 and I feel like I just got very unlikely with certain people who dominated the group dynamics on this trip. I had an amazing time with other lovely kind people on this trip and because the group of 23 was big, by the end we branched off and had our own outings and fun. Thailand is absolutely beautiful and I just wish the gym boys had slowed down a bit on the jungle hike so we could take it all in and see the animals (which were no where to be seen due to the loud inappropriate conversation by these boys). I had an incredible infighting experience in the temple praying to Buda (which again was interrupted by the immature boys laughing the whole time in the sacred place). I liked Bangkok but would again have liked to have seen more of the culture the museums ect (maybe this is my age again rather then the strip). Chiang Mai was beautiful, personally 1 day less would have been better. The Elephant 'sanctuary' was not a sanctuary as we would describe it. There were men with sticks who owned the Elephants and even though these Elephants were not put to work in the logging industry they were there for tourists and recently the men who owned these beautiful Elephants had bred a calf. The baby Elephant was amazing to see from a selfish point of view as a tourist. But it did make me sad as this little guy was there again for the tourist to oow and aww over. It does make me wonder why they brought a bull in to bred when there is no where for these Elephants anymore. It did feel a bit like they where there to perform, taking the banana from there mouths and going to the river. I do believe these Elephants are cared for but they did feel more like pets. The flight was with a very budget airline to the south of Thailand. The men had no leg room at all. And it did not feel very safe for the nervous flyers. The islands were incredible and I enjoyed every single one of them. I did think ao nang was pointless, were was nothing there, people got stung by jellyfish, the hostel felt like a prison mental cage. And I did not feel safe in the area as it was dominated by Indian men who were tourists or shop owners who would sexually harass you as waking down the street every 10 feet. I would like to say that the Thai people were very friendly, really like tourists and the men were very respectful of us women and I never had an issue with them. I would remove ao nang of the trip. There was a lot of travelling between places and I feel often this was unnecessary when there were airports in the towns we visited more often then not. I am not sure if this was due to price, but flying between Krabi airport and koh Samui for example would have been better. Rather then hanging around bus stations and hours on 'ferries' boats, buses and taxis. The islands were amazing on the east side of Thailand and I just wish we had more time there! So good 😁 I wish there was a flight from the east side of Thailand to Bangkok so you could fly straight home on the last day. The coach being a day coach as well just was very long and felt again a bit of unnecessary time wasting. Overall I would have no gone with this group of people had I known what their every day language and how immature these boys where. But I am pleased i did experience some of Thailand and did some amazing people. Again our guide was so accommodating and always on hand 24 hours a day for 25days straight, if anything she (Nyla) deserves a medal.”

“If you’re looking to travel without worrying about booking everything and all the added stress I definitely recommend gap360, the Thai adventure was amazing as well as our guides nayla any poy who always went the extra mile to assist us or organise extra activities.”

“I was travelling round Thailand on the Thailand adventure tour, on this tour I got to see the best of Thailand such a well planned tour, I had two amazing tour guides Nyla and Poy, I don’t think I could of had two better tour guides. They made traveling so easy. I always knew what was going on and if there was any problems both Nyla and Poy would manage them with ease which was very reassuring. For anyone wanting to do the Thailand adventure I highly recommend the tour, it definitely won’t disappoint, especially with you get the tour guides I had.👏🏻”

“I was ABANDONED in Prague after being spiked and having my phone taken away from me. My group leader, being aware of what had happened to me, didn’t even call the emergency number for me that you are provided with once booking a trip through this company. Since then, nobody in the company wants to know and won’t accept any responsibility, repeatedly saying I should have contacted the emergency number at the time of the incident, however many times I have stressed that I was found unconscious and would have been totally incapable of doing this. DISGRACEFUL AND APPALLING.”

Hi Lucy, We're sorry to read your review and although we greatly sympathize with the situation you found yourself in we don't feel that in any way you were abandoned. The incident occurred during a night out in Prague during your free independent time, and we have fully addressed your previous correspondence with us. Once you alerted your guide to the situation they were available to assist you after your incident. We have screenshots of the messages between yourself and the guide showing that they were in contact with you to ensure you had support. The guide also stayed behind when the group moved on to make sure you were taken care of. They contacted your emergency contacts to update them on your situation, who then flew to meet you and also provided assistance. The guide was also liaising with senior management of our in-country partner who run the trip to ensure you had the support you needed and protocol was followed. The guide did everything they could given the situation to ensure you were being looked after. At no point were Gap 360 made aware that you needed more support than you were already receiving. You could have requested the guide or your parents to have called us on your behalf if you felt you needed more assistance. However, you only contacted us a number of days after the incident when you were back in the UK, which is a shame as it did not give us the opportunity to help you further. The safety of our customers is our number one priority, and we have completed a thorough incident investigation, obtaining statements and evidence from our in-country partner, and we are confident they did everything they could given your situation.
