“I have had the best experience with Gap360, every stage of the process has been outstanding. The booking process was easy, and I felt fully supported with the preparation ahead of the trip. During the trip there was no pressure to do all the activities, however with every one, there was excellent organisation and consideration taken for food and water stops regularly throughout the day. I would say the key factor that made this experience so incredible was our tour guide Nyla, she was patient, composed, respectful, energetic and completely professional. This trip would truly not be complete without her. Thank you a million times over Nyla. This tour was my first travelling adventure, not only internationally but also by myself, and looking back retrospectively, all the worries I had prior to this trip seem completely irrational. I have made friends, had the best experiences and have memories that I will keep with me for life.”

“My trip to Thailand with Gap360 was an experience I cannot put in to words. I have had the most amazing time and would 100% recommend to anyone and I will be booking again. Our tour guide Patrick was everything you’d want in a tour guide. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about everything we saw in Thailand. He made sure that we were always happy and were having the best experience possible. I believe that the trip wouldn’t have been the same without him. Thank you to Patrick and everyone at Gap360.”

“Our tour leader Patrick was so helpful from start to finish. He told us everything we needed to know and always made sure we were enjoying ourselves. He was so friendly and felt more like one of the group than our tour guide. The company as a whole were also great, offering guidance when booking flights as well as emails informing us who was in our group and what we should pack for the trip. I didn’t know what to expect when travelling to Thailand and was slightly apprehensive as it was my first time away from home for such a long period of time, but the company and Patrick made me feel so welcome to the country, and we did more activities than i would have ever been able to plan myself.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback regarding private room upgrades. We run group tours where you travel with like-minded people, and most customers are in shared rooms such as twin accommodations or dorms. For certain trips, we do have private room upgrades which are a set price and arranged through local suppliers, and we recommend enquiring about these options before booking. This allows us to confirm availability and quote your trip with your additional request before you decide to go ahead. These prices are set by accommodation suppliers and as private room upgrades are not done by many customers, you'll find with most travel companies there is a higher price for private rooms. If you are utilising this private room upgrade with a travel companion, the cost is shared but if you choose to upgrade to a private room as a solo traveller you will still need to pay the upgrade cost, and this is often called a single supplement. This single supplement private upgrade can also be higher in certain countries such as the USA, Japan, Australia, etc. If you’d like to discuss a specific booking or quote, please let us know, and we’ll of course be happy to assist or explain further. “My experience with Gap360 has been mixed the customer support was great and everyone was quick to respond and the tour itself was amazing. However the tour was not run by Gap360 but instead Intro Travel, which isn’t a problem in itself but would have been nice to be made aware of before booking. My main complaint is that the Work/Travel New Zealand tour was proposed as if everyone on the tour was planning to work in NZ afterwards and therefore everyone could group together with accommodation and job hunting, etc. In reality very few in my group were planning on working (after the south tour only 2 out of 18), I was lucky as this didn’t hinder my experience on the tour as my group was amazing. But I think Gap360 should rethink how they portray this tour to travellers as it is very misleading. The itinerary Gap360 gave me before booking didn’t fully match that of Intro Travel (the correct one). A few activities such as kayaking to Ruby Island didn’t happen as well as interview practice and NZ CV building not going ahead. Some activities said to be included within the tour also then turned out we had to pay for. My advice is don’t book through Gap360 and go straight to intro travel!”

“I have been on a few tours with them and never had any problems !! Always quick to reply answer any questions and are super flexible if I need anything . Really would recommend (and they have the cheapest prices around )”

“WOW Nyla!! what a tour guide! the life and soul of the party, always bringing the positive energy and a smile! patient, cheery and bubbly, when out exploring or travelling everything was taken care of! nothing was too much trouble, and she was genuinely interested in getting to know each and every one of our 21-strong group! the last 25 days wouldn’t have been the same without her!! however, having travelled with a different company, i’d be more inclined to use them again! although this experience has been nothing short of incredible, (some fantastic memories and real friends for life!!), the support and help from the other company pre travel i felt was better, especially when helping to sort extra accommodation and onward travel!”

“November 6th 25 day Thai Adventure; Nyla was our tour guide for this amazing trip. From start to finish each activity, food recommendations, accommodation etc were planned to perfection. I am extremely grateful for all that Nyla has done for us - from booking our travel for optional activities, to making sure we were home safe and fully prepped for each day. I would highly recommend this tour for those that are interested in seeing all different parts of Thailand but with a really fun group of people and the best tour guide!! x”

“The Thai adventure trip was the best month of my life. It’s too hard to pick a highlight. For anyone thinking of booking it just do it I’ve met friends for life.
