“I knew the manufacturer and model of the replacement grips I wanted and found Gamola Golf via an internet search. I had previously used another supplier but Gamola Golf's price was significantly cheaper. Good service when I enquired on the phone. 48 hr delivery, grips fitted and waiting to be used. The only thing I would add is that it would have been useful to have included a fitting instruction sheet. I had to remind myself by checking it out via another internet source. Would unreservedly recommend Gamola Golf.”

“The golf set is fine. The delivery rubbish. They DPD tried to deliver 3 times to an address they could not find. I phoned the Durham branch of DPD and asked them to deliver it to their Stockton on Tees depot.instead they sent it back to Aberdeen I phoned Gamola Golf, explained that it was a birthday present. Asked them to get it on another carrier or sent to DPD Stockton and not deliver it on a Saturday. Had an email they tried to deliver it on SATURDAY i change the delivery address to Mataland Stockton and collected the item today. I think Gamola and DPD need to Take more care of their customers 😒😒 rubbish service e”

“I have used Gamola for all my grip purchases over many years. My last two purchases have resulted in me having to phone Aberdeen to find out: When my purchase would be dispatched? Why I only received part of my order? On both occasions, my questions were resolved due to " Warehouse Problems" Summary: As you get bigger don't lose the "customer satisfaction" that you always possessed.”
