“From the booking of the party to the Gamewagon representative arriving I felt the process was straightforward and seamless. Chris our rep arrived on time and was very friendly and clear on how the party was going to go. Chris made sure all the children were involved and having fun! The feedback from the guests has been fabulous including the parents. I cannot recommend Gamewagon enough especially Chris- he was brilliant! If you are looking for a hassle free party- these guys are the ones to consider.”

“The team were extremely responsive to requests leading up to the party and it was reassuring to get a text from Tom the evening before to say he would arrive 30 minutes beforehand to set up. On the day, he did a great job of managing 15 overexcited 7 and 8 years olds!! They all had an amazing time and want to have Gamewagon as their next party.”

“Fantastic party from start to finish. The planning was easy peasy, communication was open and clear, brilliant pricing for various times and the team are brilliant. The party itself was so smooth and effortless. The boys had the best time and we had rave reviews from the birthday boy and his friends. Could not possibly be happier woth the turn out. Thank you gaming wagon!!!!”

“I organised the coding session with Gamewagon over the recent school October half term. There were 9 children all together ranging from 6 years of age to 9. I have gathered feedback from all the parents and we all felt that the session is not suitable for 6 years of age. They weren't able to sit and pay attention to what was going on instead they were happier just playing with each other treating the session as if it was a playdate. I would say one needs to be at least 8 years of age to benefit from an introductory session. Secondly, when I was enquiring with Gamewagon for the event, response from Gamewagon team gave me an impression that there weren't very experience in this field as simple important information such as what is covered on that day weren't email across until I ask for it. It would have been a lot clearer and straightforward if Gamewagon have some kind of standard information to give to all enquiries. Other than the above, the kids had fun on the day, arrival was timely and it was fairly straight forward with no issues. Thanks.”

“Very efficiently organised and kept in touch as the big day got nearer. Friendly staff, hassle free set up and pack up afterwards. Party for 11 year olds. Never seen so many still in one place with rapt attention on the various screens. Seems pricey on first glance but when you take into account the length of time number of kids catered for and not using petrol or car to ferry tgo activity site works out very cheap. Highly reccomended.”

“We booked a game wagon for my sons 7th birthday party and he absolutely loved it. Polly arrived early to allow herself enough time to set up, and let Louie chose the games for him and his friends to play. She was bery proffessional and great with the kids- she clearly loves games, as she knew her way around every game and console without a problem. Some of Louie’s friends are only 6, which I think may be a little young for this, but Polly was brilliant and made sure all of the kids were able to play the games and nobody was left out. The van door is closed so that no kids can escape, so we were able to get on with making lunch & looking after the parents who chose to stay. The kids had a full 90 mins in the gamewagon- just the right amount of I time I think! Polly gave me a 15 minute ‘warning’ towards the end so I could make sure their pizza was ready! Thanks so much- I can’t recommend this enough!”

“Amazing party, my son and all his friends thoroughly enjoyed themselves and were gutted when it finished. His friends are already planning on having the same party for their birthdays. Sully was brilliant, so patient and kind and there was really good communication before the party also. Would definitely recommend.”
