“Requested ful price (£95) pair of sandles. What came was a pair of sandals in a bashed up box, very overused tissue paaper wrappinh anf shoes obvious worn with suede rubbed off over the heels and imprint of feet on both shoes indicating had been worn previously. Not a good advert for Charles Clinkard and I dont think I wil be sourcing shoes from you again.”

“Shoes that I received arrived in a beaten up box and there were signs that the shoes had been worn. At one point my size had been sold out and I guess the shoes I received were returns. I kept them as I absolutely wanted those particular shoes but don’t feel that they were brand new and I paid full price for them. Received a surprise phone call from company and above situation has been resolved in a prompt and satisfactory way which I really appreciated. These reviews really do get read.”

We do have unworn returns which are put back into stock, however all returns should be checked when received and again an item checked before dispatch to ensure that the shoes are perfect. “Most of my footwear is Gabor but this is the first time I've ordered online. I need a wide fit (G/H) and recently bought the Woman's "Friendly" shoe, size 5.5. They were so comfortable and soft. Sadly they were slightly too long (perfect width at H wide) but even with thicker socks, I could feel them moving up/down my heel. A size 5 may have been too small and was out of stock anyway. If the laces had been wider/thicker (more like boot laces) rather than the very thin style (for tiny eyelets), I may have risked keeping them. I now have the Flamboyant boots in burgundy (same size) but G fit. Hoping they will be OK - would have preferred the H wide fit. Please do more styles for wide feet! I cannot buy slip on styles because as soon as they stretch, they begin to come off. More straps, buckles, laces please.”
