“The shoes were just what I was looking for,to wear with formal dresses.Unfortunately they did not fit which is surprising as size 5 usually fits but were too tight and so disappointingly had to return them,”

“The shoes were delivered in a timely fashion however they are faulty so I’m having to return them to be examined. I’m hoping to receive either a different pair of the same or a full refund”

The sandal is a wider fitting many customers go up half a size to increase the area within in the sandal if it is not wide enough.
