“I ordered a pair of ladies shoes. I had previously bought a pair and loved them. I ordered the recent pair in a hurry and found that when they were delivered, I had orderd navy blue and not black. I intend ordering the correct colour assoon as I can. Regards Mary Moore”

“Fast delivery, really lovely quality shoes unfortunately one foot felt too big and the shoe was slipping off my heel. I returned and received a refund quickly. I will visit the store and try others on rather than order online and pay postage if they need to be returned.”

“Unfortunately the buckle broke within 2 hours of wearing BUT I rang customer services and Spoke to Janice... this was on a Sunday afternoon. Janice immediately arranged for a replacement pair and I received these on Tuesday ..I cannot believe the amazing service I received... Janice was the most efficient person possible and I thank her most sincerely for the excellent service I received.I love my sanders ... they look good and feeLight and comfortable. “Prompt delivery. Lanzarote sandals very comfortable and give good support. Exactly what to expect from Gabor shoes. A very satisfied customer, I’d recommend these sandals. My sister is now buying a pair.”

“I have yet to receive my shoes. They were to be delivered to my home. As I wouldn't be in at the time of delivery I asked them to be taken to a local collection point and was told they were there for collection,they never reached that point. Only having phoned customer services did I know they were returned to your depot.They advised me they could be delivered to my work place but 3 days later no message about when I should expect to receive them . Normally lovely product but very disappointed with this service.”

“Love these Abbey Ankle Boots, they are so comfortable. Thank goodness for Gabor doing half sizes and size 3.5 as these are so difficult to get these days, even Amazon seems to have stopped doing them. The customer service is excellent too. It would be great if UK customers could get the full range of Gabor shoes and boots as they do in Europe.”

“Love these shoes. I’m lucky I have had boots and sandals. My boots are years old & I still wear them! These sandals are for holiday and I can’t wait to wear them - they are super comfy!”
