“Gabor suit me, obviously prefer a lower price point! I have to remove the insole to replace with my own orthotics which is always difficult as they are understandbly glued down, would be very useful if like others they are removable”

“Lovely boots which arived quickly but on opening the box, they were not what I had ordered - suede not patent. To avoid having to pay to return them I had to travel to the nearest shop to hand them back.”

“Easy to place order. Kept informed re the order at all times. Delivery times given. The only negative was that I had to pay for the return which cost £9 with tracking. Many other sites have free returns.”

“Great boots. stylish and comfortable. Have a white pair of flatform pumps which are similar and really wanted the same in black but Gabor only do in patent. Which they did matt black leather in the pumps with the black soles but these are a good substitute.”

“Shoes are lovely. I bought two different finishes in the loafer, size 4.5 but they were huge! At a cost of over £16 I had to return them. I bit the bullet and decided to try the size 4 in the patent finish. The left fits fine with one of my own insoles, but the right she slips on the heel. So at another additional cost to me, I need to return them……”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that these shoes were not a good fit for you. These shoes are an extra wide fitting which may be why you are finding that they are too big for you. There is a link on our website for £4.49 you can return up to 10 kilo for the reduced cost of £4.49. “Long boots XL did not realise how wide they were I could have put both legs in one boot. I gave returned these and it cost me £12 to do so on that basis I wouldn’t buy again from the site. There is only 1 shop in Glasgow and it’s in the west end which is too far out just for a return. I am waiting on my refund it’s been 3 days so it’s still within the 72 hours”

“My cream boots are so comfortable and super stylish. There is room to put my personal insoles inside too and they are plenty wide enough for everyday comfort. I really love the design and have had lots of compliments. I have worn them every day to work soince they arrived. Excellent service too”
