“The shoes were what I had hoped for. I would have loved to try them on in a shop but as this isn't possible I bought them online and they were a half size too small. I send them back and asked for an exchange which happened very fast. They fit well and are very comfortable.”

“The shoes arrived very promptly, which I was very pleased with. However, the website showed that my order had not gone through so I was not expecting them. Furthermore, because of this, I ordered them from another supplier and now I have two pairs! Most frustratingly, the second supplier has now reduced their price so I feel I've lost out on a number of levels.”

“I love Gabor shoes. They're the only shoes that I can buy and wear immediately, without having to 'wear them in'. I ordered a pair of 'Callow', smart mid-heel shoes - not worn them yet because I haven't been anywhere (still in lockdown). Ordered on 19 May, arrived 22 May. Great service”

“I have been wearing Gabor California for several years. In fact, I have several different styles. I wanted all three colours and, luckily, you stocked them.
