“Unfortunately these boots were not suitable. They were quality boots and if they had fitted better I would have kept them. Too long in the leg - like most boots for my height - but lovely boots. Well packaged and purchase and returns a smooth process. I have used this Gabor site before and found (when I had to telephone) the staff were very helpful.”

“After visiting my local Clinkards store and being very dissatisfied with their service I went online to order the boots I had been looking for and found them in stock, after being told by the store that they were unavailable. Your service and delivery have been excellent and I will make a point of ordering online in the future.”

Thank you for your review. I can see from your order that you have ordered a navy boot. As discussed on the telephone this is a very dark navy called Midnight and looks almost black. “I wanted tan leather brogue style ladies Chelsea boots and these are perfect. Read the reviews and ordered size 4.5 as I normally take size 5. Really comfortable and stylish as recommended in the reviews. Believe the hype these are fab!”

“I had purchased a pair of boots online which were not quite what I was looking for. I phoned the Customer Care Team and spoke to a very helpful member of staff who talked me through the returns process. Once the boots had arrived I was contacted by another member of staff (on a Sunday!!) who again went through the process of re-ordering another pair of boots. The whole process was simple and stress free thanks to the friendly staff I spoke to.”

“I have been wearing gabor shoes and boots for many many years. Always been very happy with the quality and comfort. The boots I recently ordered I did so with confidence. Unfortunately the width around the calf very small and I had to return them which cost me £11!!! Very very disappointed. I will never order on line again.”

There is no guarantee a particular style will be suitable and the best way to ensure this is by trying for size. We offer free standard UK delivery with dispatch within 5 working days however do, as part of our terms and conditions ask for returns to be paid for. You can use Collectplus which is £4.49 and covers up to 10kg in weight and ideal for larger orders or multiple items. The Post Office will also have other services to offer and it does depend on what you opt to use.
