“Bought Zumba boots . Very comfy, smart but non the less sturdy too. Liked them so much I bought all three colours. Will thoroughly enjoy wearing these throughout the autumn and winter! Great quality and fast service.”

Thank you for sharing your findings with us regarding your recent order. We are sorry to hear that they were too narrow for you. They do have a removable insole, with another insole fixed into the shoe so that you can increase the area within the shoe themselves. “Great boots - the December in black. ordered a 6 which were slightly too small, even though my usual size. So I ordered a 6.5, which are much better. Will return the size 6 after Christmas. Really fast delivery of both sizes.”

“Sadly I will be returning this purchase via Clinkards The shoes are too high cut for my foot shape. It was not very clear from the photos on the website. Normally I am very pleased with Gabor products but on this occasion cannot wear the shoes”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that the boots that you got were too narrow. You may find that a half size larger works to increase the area within the boot for a better fitting. “I love all the Gabor shoes that I have ever had but unfortunately the boots that I ordered were too narrow. I was so disappointed as I was counting on these to replace the others I had for several years in suede.”

“I tried black sparkle court shoes on in John Lewis. They didn't have my size, so I ordered on line. When they arrived there wasn't a spot of sparkle on them.They were just black fabric. Very disappointed as I wanted them for Christmas parties I had been invited to.”

Thank you for your review. I have checked with the stock at John Lewis and ours and it seems that the beige is very glittery in its material, but the black is much more dull and does not have the metallic look that causes the glitter affect. I am sorry about this and hope that you will return them to us for a full refund if they are not what you were looking for. You can return unworn items for up to 365 days.
