“The boots arrive one boot had a twist in it returned they said I would receive a replacement immediately No sign yet. Very disappointing I have purchased numerous shoes and boots before and not had an issue why now .”

“Nice boots and comfy but unfortunately arrived a bit scuffed. Given option of returning for a refund but needed them for an event. But frustrating.”

“Not enough styles of knee high boots and not many narrow around the calf. Asked for Peace to be brought back but swiftly told no. Most other styles look a bit geriatric.”

“I ordered one pair of wide fit shoes that unfortunately pinched at the toes, however I spoke to customer services to ask about a replacement and sending the current shoes back. She was lovely and very helpful, she put a note on my account, they received my shoes back the next day. I received an email to that effect immediately with a note to say that I would receive the difference of £4:99 credited to my card. Perfect, just waiting for the delivery of my replacement which usually takes 5 days. My whole experience was positive and stress free. Thank you”

“Thank you. I am 77 years and always wear Gabor. Unfortunately I have had to retun your Florida style - too youthful, large and roomy at 6 and a half. I have requested a refund and also enquiring if you could source style Gwyneth in navy or black size 6 or 6 and a half. Have tried everywhere for Gwyneth, sold out and disappointed. I have several other of your styles but need to replace at least one preferably Gwyneth.”

“shoes fine eventually. initially i was sent a pair consisting of left foot a different size from right foot, not impressed. was told replacement pair would come on next day delivery but it didnt”

Unfortunately as we did not have stock in our warehouse, we had to wait an extra day until the stock arrived with us before we could post the replacement out, so I also apologise also for the delay in sending the replacement to you. “I love Gabor boots as they are both stylish and comfortable, which is very unusual. The taupe pair that I bought recently did not disappoint- they are just the colour I wanted and look great with trousers and skirts- perfect!”

“I have previously purchased several pairs of Gabor boots, which have fitted perfectly. They have been outstanding for wear and comfort. On this occasion I purchased a really nice pair of leather court shoes, but unfortunately, they pressed on a hammer toe which I have on my left foot. To be fair, this was no fault of Gabor. I returned the shoes and was refunded for them very quickly.”

“Gabor shoes always comfortable & last well. I replaced a pair of boots with exactly the same boots as I was so pleased with them. The only reason this is not a five star review is because the box they came in was tatty & damaged. I like to keep my boots in the box for storage and cannot. When you pay £200, you kind of expect the box to reflect that!!”
