“I have had policies with them for years now. I regularly receive e mails checking everything is still update to date. Due to a change in relation to 1 of the policies I rang to check what I needed to do. They went through everything, I never felt rushed, and they made sure I understood everything would definitely use a gain again.”

My insurance company required a medical that took a long time to conclude due to my location but I was regularly kept informed by futureproof so I was never left not knowing what the situation was.
