“Really easy to set up, and peace of mind knowing that we're covered”

“As head of the family, (I like to think so anyway ) I encouraged my husband and son to take out life insurance. I found it very easy to deal with the staff from future proof. They are informative, helpful and attentive. They call you back if they are required to do so and talk you through any questions you may need answering. I found them particularly helpful when we were trying to fill out the trust forms.They were patient and polite and felt that we were valued customers. I would not hesitate in recommending them.”

“VERY,VERY GOOD. ALSO A+ FOR KEEPING IN TOUCH AND CHECKING EVERYTHING IS STILL THE SAME AS WHEN THE INSURANCE WAS TAKEN OUT. YOU DO YOUR UTMOST TO PROVIDE THE BEST DEAL. “From original contact had a few problems which were ironed out fairly quickly and policy put onto a good footing. Dealing with staff on the telephone has always been good and there appears to be a system in place whereby the contact between the company and myself has been consistent so that the same persons deal with you regarding any queries or updates. Have no comments that are disparaging which is unusual in this present time, always calm and comfortable to talk and discuss.”
