“Our cat spent a week+ being scared of it. The pump noise made her jump. But I essentially left it as her own water source and she quickly got over her fear. It's all very simple to put together. I don't have to change the water daily now which is nice. I had a tiny little pin size discoloration/mark on the tray insert you slot on top (silly tiny detail but I noticed on an all white ceramic thing when it costs £80) other than that I'm happy!”

“Great customer service, I loved the note and the little toy included. We have a 10 week old kitten called Reggie he is still getting used to the fountain he loves to stick his paws in. He’s a joy to watch, good feeling that he has fresh running water.”

“I love it!! I love the fact that our cat that doesn't like anything new or anything that other cats typically like to enoy, loves the lounger straight from the box and uses it all the time... we now have two of these, one for each floor.”

“It took Simba a few days to actually use it. I put it in the kitchen where his water bowl used to be, and he just kept going back to his old bowl, which I had moved to the living room. Curious about it but not interested enough to switch. After a few days, I moved the fountain to the living room, where the water bowl was, and that did the trick. He started using it straight away and now he just hangs out right next to it, which is adorable. I can definitely see he's drinking more water now so I'm happy with it. Would recommend, especially if you have a big cat — I have a 6-month-old Maine Coon, and it's a great size for him.”
