“Hi thanks for advising the chairs are on their way. Can just check that there’s another black chair which I ordered first, before the three chairs which I’ve been notified about. We discussed all four chairs arriving together. Can you confirm this? Thanks”

“Really please with these Eiffel inspired chairs. They’re comfortable, sturdy but easy to put together, and look great. We bought a mixture of different colours and they really brighten up the room. Delivery was also quick and efficient too.”

“I’m very happy with the table but I was never given any means of tracing delivery after it was dispatched and when the driver arrived he just left the heavy table off me to bring upstairs to the first floor by myself with my partner. He didn’t deliver to my actual flat !!”

With regards to the delivery, we’re sorry to hear you are not as happy with this part. Our couriers should book delivery in with you so we apologise that this didn’t happen. In terms of the type of delivery, our free delivery service is to the door step of the building only and unfortunately the couriers are not able to come into the property. “Great chairs! Comfortable and very stylist. Perfect for our moderns kitchen. During delivery 2 chairs were damaged; however the customer service was excellent and new chairs were dispatched immediately to replace the damaged ones.”

“I received great service from Carley at Fusion Living who answered my questions about the cushions quickly. I made a mistake in the colour of my order and she corrected it at her end so I didn't have to re-order. The cushions are fantastic. They were for some 1960s original tulip chairs that my parents had when I was a little girl. I restored the chairs and just needed some new cushions. Easier said than done! But these are perfect. Delighted with the result. Great service, great product. Thank you.”

“Excellent service, I never leave reviews but this has been the best company I have ever dealt with. They let me purchase the items and choose the delivery day, once I had received them I realised I hadn’t measured properly and needed to exchange for something smaller, they emailed me back within the hour and arranged collection of the item for the following day and sorted out my exchange. There was a cost for return but it was my fault for not measuring properly. Absolutely excellent”

“Hi, I am getting support to write this.Due to have learning disabilities.Such as Dyslexia and dyscalculia.Resulting in struggling with words and numbers.In the past when I have asked companies to phone me to tell me the measurements verbally and give me comparisons.They just send another link that I don't understand.Fusion phoned me back and we found that the base of the stunningly delightful Tulip chair was the same size as a silver serving tray that I have.Which was the ideal size for my quite small dinning room.Thank You to Fusion for being disabled friendly and providing recognised reasonable service adjustments.That I have found other companies do not provide and not providing adjustments is illegal. xxx”
