“This is the second with hopes of many more colours in the future, I love the chair lovely colour very bright & comfy! Easy to assemble (worth noting you do need to drill in some of the holes) Will be getting more very soon!”

“Excellent service! So different from the regular online ordering. You can actually call and a human being will speak to you and help you resolve issues you may have ordering online and answer your questions. In my case I could not complete the order for some reason and Michelle (very courteous and efficient, by the way) kindly offered to do it for me. Sorted it all out in minutes and requested dispatch same day! I ordered on 22nd Dec and believe it or not I got my order the following day, 23rd Dec. This was really well beyond my expectations, specially for Christmas time. Thank you Michelle! It is refreshing to be able to hear a friendly voice on the other end of the line who listens, understands and solves problems. I will continue to order from Fusion living and recommend to anyone who needs an efficient service with properly trained people you can talk to.”

“Very happy with service. I ordered a chair where one part had a cosmetic defect. They shipped a replacement part promptly with zero fuss and without requiring defective part returned. Shipping was fast. No duties on shipment to Ireland (came from Europe, France I think)”

“Carley who we dealt with most of the time was absolutely brilliant, excellent customer services. The table and chairs we bought are also gorgeous. There are only two minor points in terms of room for improvement. The colour of the table and chairs aren't identical even though we bought them as a set. Secondly, when Carley was advising on what the customs charge would be to deliver the goods to Ireland I think the guesstimate was about €180 but it was actually about €300 which is a sizeable gap.”

We are consistently chasing your order for you and have looked into alternative couriers but due to the current post strikes, they are all in a similar position. DPD is usually excellent with delivery and are a trusted courier of ours. Things have started to move along from this morning so the delivery process should start speeding up for you now.
