“Ordered by phone and the lady I dealt with was exceptionally pleasant, friendly and helpful. Ordered 4 Tulip chairs and they arrived by DPD on time and on the day arranged. Well-packed and undamaged. A lovely product. Very happy with Fusion Living.”

“The table is very nice. What is very nice also is the customer relations of Fusion living : i had a problem with the transporter and they did their best very quickly to solve it. Thanks a lot ! I never had so efficient and nice people at a customer desk before. Thank you again Claire !”

“I was kept informed when my chair would be dispatched & delivered. It arrived a little later than the time slot allocated. The chair was well packaded. However my main problem was there were no instruction to put the chair together & it was fiddly to assemble. I seem to be left with 4 smalk screws but not sure where these go?”

Good morning Thank you for your Review and we are sorry there weren't any instructions in the box. This has been fed back to our warehouse. Looking at your order it would seem that the four small screws, if they are the black ones, are to screw the metal brackets that go underneath the legs. They aren't essential to use in terms of the strength /durability of the chair but are more decorative. “Purchased 2 Eero Saarinen chairs to match a tulip style table that I had recently ordered. The chairs arrived within 2 days of order, well packaged and in perfect condition. The chairs are so comfortable and look very stylish. The price was also very competitive. Would definitely recommend Fusion Living.”

“I wanted to buy just one dining table chair to see if the colours and design were OK with our new table and the room. Nothing was too much trouble and the chair was received in 5 days. If its not to be, just wrap and send back they said.”

“Excellent service from fusion living both before and after sales. I had a few questions before ordering and the customer service team were great and replying to me promptly and answering all my questions. When I ordered they kept to updated as to the delivery date and when there was a slight issue with the item, it was resolved promptly. overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and would thoroughly recommend Fusion living.”

“Order arrived as expected but without assembly instructions. They were emailed through when reported . There was not enough screws and 2 lots were posted out . Received them after a couple of days chair now up.”
