“Good value and good service. Our bar stools arrived promptly. Unfortunately one was damaged, but a replacement was arranged straight away. Jayne in customer service was very helpful and efficient.”

“Service doesn’t get any better than this.All online traders should take a look at this company in terms of what they are achieving.The facility (often missed with others) re- telephone straight through to a customer services person if there is any query.The quality & range of product speak for themselves.Well done Fusion Living!”

“Chairs are great but delivery was poor. Delivery man was unpleasant and refused to help my wife bring the chairs up a short flight of steps despite her being obviously pregnant!! Apparently he was "too busy". I would review the delivery company that you are using!!”

“Magic the chairs are a complement to the armchairs i bought in The Netherlands I was so pleased to find them. They are a delight to see and are almost invisible and ghost is an appropriate name, Well done. A Hayter”

“Purchased some Iconic chairs but there was a colour difference to advertised chairs. This was quickly sorted out and the customer service was first class. Would certainly order from Fusion living again and definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thank you very much..”
