“I wrote a review for 2 weeks ago - that the product had not arrived and no follow-up information was provided. I am still in the same situation - the purchased item has not been delivered, while the order was placed over 1.5 month ago.”

“The support team is very personal and friendly. The digital experience is really good both in terms of website design as well as the regular reminders via email. I did have problems applying the discount code but your customer support was very easy to get hold of and helped me out.”

“Bought 4 Robin Day Polo chairs with white powder coated legs. Excellent chairs and arrived in the time frame given. Chairs came fully assembled and packaged well. Highly recommend fusion living.”

“I places an order on 3 September. The item was due to be shipped on 30 September. Still no table, no notification of shipment nor any other correspondance. Ironically, a request to review the service. Well, it is non-existant, hence one star.”

“Ordered 4 chairs in 4 different colours but then had a change of heart. Phoned them up and it was absolutely no bother for them to change to 2 colours. Received them when they were due. Brilliant service.”
