“Fine, products are as expected but they were a bit more expensive than other sites, communication was rubbish, delivery was slow (and a week later than their timelines) but got there in the end.”

“Lovely lamp and glad this included the lampshade. Good neutral colours to stand and shade. Nice item, but maybe a bit on the flimsy side.”

“Love the tulip chairs i bought. The only thing to me that lets it down is the velco on the bottom of the cushion to stick it to the chair, it doesn’t really need it. Also the fact that you can’t really sit on the seat without the cushion due to the screws. Some form of cap/cover other than the cushions to go over the screws would look better. But good product apart from that so far no other comments”

The chair is designed with the Velcro for ease of use for our customers to try and give the best experience and comfort with the chair so the cushion doesn’t slide from underneath you when using it. As per the feedback about use of the chair without the cushion, unfortunately this is the design and style of the chair and it has been designed for comfort with the cushion as sitting on a hard plastic chair we cannot imagine to be very comfortable for you.
