“Great product, fast delivery. Shame they use a delivery service that won't deliver to the door”

Unfortunately, DPD only delivers to the door of the building, so if it is an apartment, they are not permitted to take the parcel up to the apartment door. “I ordered a tulip dining table with 6 chairs from Fusion Living and would highly recommended the company. The communication is excellent and the furniture is stunning. Everything was delivered safely and on time. Fusion Living are reliable and efficient. I love the details on the marble table top and the pop of colour on the chairs. The chairs are very comfortable and sturdy to sit on. The fact that there are so many different cushion options is awesome because they can always be mixed/matched to give a totally different look in the future. We could not find a better deal anywhere else without risking inferior quality/service. We'll definitely be browsing the website for purchases in the future.”

“I ordered 8 dining chairs from Fusion Living. All were delivered exactly as promised, the chairs were as described and I had no issues with any of them. When I contacted the customer service for an update to my order they were very helpful and told me exactly when to expect delivery. All in all a great experience.”

“Really great customer service, helpful and prompt. Great lead time on product - fastest out there and realistic too. so many companies say an item is in stock take your money and then tell you there is a 12 week lead time. Delivery was prompt, courteous and helpful. Having a friendly delivery makes a massive difference on the experience. Highly recommend from a particularly fussy shopper.”
