“We really like the chair's, but are unhappy with the noise they make, Fusion sent me a new set of bearings. After a while they became noisy as well”

“Bought chairs from the outlet section. When they arrived they were a different colour and lots of damage. But I was told I couldn’t return them so not very happy!”

Hi Ange Thank you for your review and we are sorry that it wasn't such a good experience for you. We have looked into your order and we can see that the chairs were the Outlet chairs and we do explain clearly on our website that the chairs (plastic seats) could sometimes have slight colour variances and that there may be some slight marks. We still check all of our Outlet products before they are dispatch and anything that is particularly poor, we do not dispatch to our customers because we ask ourselves whether we would be happy with it, even though it is hugely reduced in price. In addition, the Outlet products are stated as being non-returnable. Once again we are very sorry but we hope you understand. Best wishes Fusion Living

“I contacted fusion living at the weekend concerned as I needed a quick delivery. They called me straight back and the delivery was done very promptly. Easy to fit together and absolutely delighted with the swivel chairs and table. This is my second order with fusion living and I am delighted.”
