“Delivery was a little late but kept informed. Delivery man only left item at my door upon ringing the bell. It would have been nice if it was handed to me. Anyhooo, the product, the chair itself is amazing. Sleek and fits in very well with my decor. Easy to assemble and sturdy. I am very happy with my purchase.”

We quite agree that it is a much more personal service if the items are handed to you personally and this is usually the case. “Bought chairs from the outlet section. When they arrived they were a different colour and lots of damage. But I was told I couldn’t return them so not very happy!”

Hi Ange Thank you for your review and we are sorry that it wasn't such a good experience for you. We have looked into your order and we can see that the chairs were the Outlet chairs and we do explain clearly on our website that the chairs (plastic seats) could sometimes have slight colour variances and that there may be some slight marks. We still check all of our Outlet products before they are dispatch and anything that is particularly poor, we do not dispatch to our customers because we ask ourselves whether we would be happy with it, even though it is hugely reduced in price. In addition, the Outlet products are stated as being non-returnable. Once again we are very sorry but we hope you understand. Best wishes Fusion Living
