“The chairs and table are very well built and amazing quality, my reason for three stars is the table and chairs which are made as a set are not very well put together as they don’t fit under the 4 seater table even though they are sold as the matching set, they stick out 11inches from the table when pushed in as far as they can go which is a waste of space in a small area,….the staff are however are amazing to deal with and really helpful,”

“I had a fantastic customer experience- the chairs were delivered quickly and well packed. When there was a small mark on one of the seat pads, they were replaced and sent out within 2 days! Carley was lovely and answered my email very quickly and dealt with the replacement seat pads immediately. I would definitely recommend Fusion Living and I’m sure I’ll be shopping there again. “First time we have ordered furniture online. We had some concerns but when the goods arrived concerns were unfounded. Product was very easy to assemble and fully met our expectations. The courier was very friendly and delivered in the time slot given. Additionally, when ordering we made a mistake on the website, however customer service.s contacted us and Took our order over the telephone. All in all a very professional company.”

“Easy ordering and good customer service. Delivery was as estimated. The 'pallet' delivery was a challenge to unpack as the table top was well protected and packed, by very heavy to move. A quality finished table, which looks great, and with which I am very pleased.”

“Excellent service. Ordered Monday morning, furniture arrived Wednesday morning. Kept in touch with every stage of delivery. One chair was short of screws, telephoned fusion, got through immediately, screws etc have been dispatched. Will definitely be ordering from fusion living again. Great product choice, easy ordering, fast delivery and fabulous customer service.”
