I ordered a Nebraska tv unit to go with other Nebraska furniture I had previously purchased from FW, but it doesnt match. It's supposed to be white but it's definitely cream. Also, delivery was estimated to be 12weeks but turned out to be almost twice that...at 20 weeks.

Took 3.5 months to deliver a trunk that was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. When it eventually arrived they had sent a TV stand instead, wh8ch is still cluttering up my home whilst awaiting collection.

Good afternoon Mr Lewis Firstly , I would like to apologise for the incorrect item being sent to you , this was a picking error at our supplier . Once you had notified us that the wrong item had been sent , the team arranged for the correct item to be sent to you along with packaging for the incorrect item . We asked if you could contact us once the incorrect item was ready for collection , which you did so yesterday and a courier has been arrange to collect the incorrect item today for you . Please do let the team know if you need any further assistance in the matter .

Customer service assistant was very short when asking a simple question over email. I would appreciate better customer service, especially when you're buying a high value item.

I have mobility issues and requested that delivery would include unpacking the unit in our preferred location and taking away the packaging. This was refused & £30 was charged for just carrying the packed unit into the house

I’m sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the delivery service you recently received . I can see from our email thread that you were in communication with our sales team at the time of ordering and inquired if the item would be unpacked and assembled for the £30 , you were informed that the item would only be delivered to the room of choice and that you were happy with the response given . We do not offer the option of an assembly service on our website , as we are unable to offer this service at this time .

Emails were ambiguous using phrases such as "estimated expected delivery date of 26th September" but by that date I had heard nothing so chased up the company. A later email stated it was then booked for "delivery to their warehouse by 5th October" and then they would book delivery with their courier. I would not use the company again as I prefer a business that proactively keeps me informed and is honest about dates rather than vague.

I ordered from you in 2020 and one of the side tables I ordered was badly damaged. Rather than complain and have the hassle of sending it back, I fixed it myself so all good. Then this week, out of the blue, you start sending me erroneous order confirmation emails and these silly surveys all over again. I telephoned to query why the erroneous emails and was offered no apology but was just told in a matter of fact way that your systems had been updated???? An odd way to run a business.

Backrest is missing from one sofa, stitching has been done over 1 zip making it impossible to zip up, cutting the stitching will make the whole sofa seat open up. Called, and promised a callback but still waiting for said call back.

Firstly, it took from purchase on the 7th April to the 17th for delivery. After unpacking the box I realised that I had been sent the wrong goods and it's going to be the 25th before the replacement arrives. It was a nightmare repackaging the wrong cupboard and although the customer service person was really apologetic and polite, this whole episode has been very disappointing. I appreciate the £20 off next purchase but I'm not sure I would shop here again.
