About Furniture World:

Furniture World is a furniture store selling a wide variety, ranging from sofas, beds, living & dining furniture and accessories.

Furniture World was established in 1984 with a small bricks and mortar store in Redruth, Cornwall. Today, Furniture World has 6 stores across Cornwall and Devon, and a reputable online presence.

We sell across many channels that include Amazon and E-bay where our online business has had significant success which is based on quality customer service and fast delivery of stock from our warehouse based in Cornwall.
We have grown from marketplaces to now running a dedicated website that still keeps a 5* customer service at the core of our business.

“Very efficient service and furniture was delivered on time. Not sure though why I was charged £40 delivery when the website stated that UK mainland delivery was free. Despite this, the furniture was still very good value for money.”

Hi Irene, We are glad you had such a positive experience, I have had a look at the order and the reason it was £40 was the location. For certain areas of Scotland and Off mainland UK we have to charge a little bit more to cover the distance travelled. Thanks, Dave

“The delivery was extremely efficient - only a couple of days It was going to arrive when I was out, so phoned Customer services & they arranged it for the following day Very well packed”

“Great for smaller room. Best of all no assembly needed and cupboard space is perfect for books, games or toys - a real bonus. Would definitely recommend this product. Sensible price too.”
