About Furniture World:

Furniture World is a furniture store selling a wide variety, ranging from sofas, beds, living & dining furniture and accessories.

Furniture World was established in 1984 with a small bricks and mortar store in Redruth, Cornwall. Today, Furniture World has 6 stores across Cornwall and Devon, and a reputable online presence.

We sell across many channels that include Amazon and E-bay where our online business has had significant success which is based on quality customer service and fast delivery of stock from our warehouse based in Cornwall.
We have grown from marketplaces to now running a dedicated website that still keeps a 5* customer service at the core of our business.

“Good product at a good price. Fully matched expectations. Delivery quick and on-time via Parcelforce (who need to come into the 21st century and include a delivery time in their app. Who’s going to wait-in all day?).”

“Easy to order on line. Informed that the items ordered were to be delivered 48 hours later, just as the website said-most impressed. I have never used them before so was a bit reluctant at first, but am glad I did and would definitely use them again.”

“Fantastic value Great customer service Friendly helpful delivery staff, which I must say the company went that extra mile and arranged a different currier to deliver, as the date I was able to wait In for delivery did not match thier delivery dates. Great sturdy furniture Was recomended this company and I would recomend the company too.”

“Ordered this item on line and was moving house 6 days later explained this in coments and spoke to lovely lady by phone a day later who sorted this out and the unit was delivered the next day very helpful and counld not of been more helpful and very pleased with the unit very good quality Thank you Mr D Mailer”

“Got to say the lady I spoke to on the phone was amazing had to send 1 thing back as damaged. Since this review I have brought something else and sent that back to. I would say it is due to poor packaging which I think needs to be looked into.”
