Brought quite alot from your Plympton depot £8500 worth very friendly people but as for your after sales service we had a glass coffee table which decided to crack. There not willing to do anything it our fault according to them which I know its not. Its a faulty unit. Just to say I won't be buying anything from you again.

I purchased a Tv unit and was told that the delivery would be Tuesday 19th and Friday 22nd I did not turn up I called on Friday no response I called up 3 times on Monday and was told someone would chase it up and get back to me but no one called I am still waiting on a call never mind a date for delivery I will never use this company again really bad service

There is a part missing on my bed frame I emailed in January and was told that FW would come back to me and they never did.

I paid for insurance to protect and replace my furniture if needed. In the Summer of 2021 my sofa needed to be replaced, It took 10 months close to 11 months for Furniture World to replace my Furniture. I ordered a new table set and it was also damage. And no one call me to replace my order. I paid a 163.00 dollars for delivery and I live five minutes away on the same street as Furniture World. The insurance company they use took 4 months to accept my complaint. I will not shop at furniture World again.

Absolutely rubbish service. I ordered my furniture in may of 2021 and have only just received the ordered. Each month my delivery date was pushed back even though the website continued to state 6-8 week delivery timescales. Customer services are poor. They assured me they would waive the delivery fee - I received my invoice and the charge is still there. The furniture is lovely (Henley oak sideboards) but the service is shocking. I will never be using this company again.

Had a really bad experience with furniture world. Seemed ok in the beginning very happy to take my order then the rot set in. Had at least 3 different delivery dates. We ordered in May 2021 and our new expected delivery date is end of January 2022!!!! Over 8months later. When i spoke to Jo today she was almost joyful to let me cancel which leads me to think the sofa was never coming! Would never recommend
