“The table and bench are really great I love them, delivery a bit tricky to organise with notification the day before making it quite hard to make sure someone can be in at such short notice, other than that very pleased.”

“Emails were ambiguous using phrases such as "estimated expected delivery date of 26th September" but by that date I had heard nothing so chased up the company. A later email stated it was then booked for "delivery to their warehouse by 5th October" and then they would book delivery with their courier. I would not use the company again as I prefer a business that proactively keeps me informed and is honest about dates rather than vague.”

“Excellent customer care and service. We had a problem with one of our purchases (damaged in transit)we spoke to Furniture World assistant and within a couple of minutes we were sorted. The very next day a new replacement was delivered and the damaged item was collected. I was more than impressed with the speed and efficiency with which our problem was resolved. “Delivery on time and good communication around this. However, It was a struggle to put it together as it’s a large sofa. Sofas purchased from other companies have been assembled for us at the point of delivery. So this was disappointing.”

“Service over the telephone was excellent. My only point would be when ordering online the dates offered for delivery window are 4 days. I specifically ordered when those four days allowed me to work from home to be there for delivery. I was later told by telephone that they were guide dates only. The item arrived a week later than the advertised delivery dates. I would recommend either the wording be changed with online orders to make it clear these are guide dates OR give a more accurate delivery expectation date.”

“Ordering was easy. Samples sent quickly to decide on colour and materials. Lead time was sooner than expected. Overall very happy. Delivery not so good. You have outsourced to a company with little experience in delivering large pieces of furniture.”

“Ordered 2 tv units, When delivered one was damaged, Informed them to say one was damaged they were picked up the next day, My payment was put back in to my account a few days later. All in all this Company were excellent and very understanding, Thank You.”

“Good customer service, they were able to keep my furniture until required as I had building work to be completed prior to its arrival. They kept me abreast of expected delivery. The delivery company were great and very kindly delivered to the room of my choice in a first floor flat.”
