About Furniture World:

Furniture World is a furniture store selling a wide variety, ranging from sofas, beds, living & dining furniture and accessories.

Furniture World was established in 1984 with a small bricks and mortar store in Redruth, Cornwall. Today, Furniture World has 6 stores across Cornwall and Devon, and a reputable online presence.

We sell across many channels that include Amazon and E-bay where our online business has had significant success which is based on quality customer service and fast delivery of stock from our warehouse based in Cornwall.
We have grown from marketplaces to now running a dedicated website that still keeps a 5* customer service at the core of our business.

“we recieved all of our items nest of tables and tv stand and sideboard all in great condition it take too long at all to recieve the items we are very happy with all our items”

“Very pleased with my purchase , looks more expensive than it was . Great customer service from Saffii who got back to me in minutes after I contacted them to say I couldn’t track my delivery . The carrier hadn’t updated their system and Saffii sorted it almost immediately .”

“Extremely pleased with this purchase. I was looking for a compact, solid wood, pre assembled bookcase for a small home office. Also, turnaround time and quick delivery were a priority. The product looks great, arrived within 2 days and is sitting proudly in the home office. The dimensions of the bookcase means it is a little unstable but wall fasteners are supplied if you feel necessary. I have not used the fasteners as bookcase is tucked away in a private office. All in all, delighted with this product. Thank you.”
