“really like the furniture but the delivery service from dx delivery was very poor. told delivery woukd be thursday 11th April bo delivery then promised would be with me within the hour at 3pm on 12th. By 6pm still no delivery. 2 days wasted. eventually arrived on Monday 15th.”

“Good service but mislead by the description of sideboard with solid oak top. The top is all oak but it’s not solid the edges are solid but it’s a thin piece of oak in the middle with timber batting underneath to support it and sounds hollow when touched.definetly not solid center more of a veneer thickness size of oak on battens. Very patchy spray paint finish to the side board and the draws will not sit in the center of opening when shut, leaving the gaps uneven. Poor joinery work, patched and sprayed to barely passable standard with roughly routered grooves on the top of the oak counter. But for the money it’s not a bad product. The company itself was great to deal with and great delivery service. Just let down buy the quality of product compared to description and compared to others I’ve viewed. It’s £100 cheaper than others but it shows”

“Firstly, it took from purchase on the 7th April to the 17th for delivery. After unpacking the box I realised that I had been sent the wrong goods and it's going to be the 25th before the replacement arrives. It was a nightmare repackaging the wrong cupboard and although the customer service person was really apologetic and polite, this whole episode has been very disappointing. I appreciate the £20 off next purchase but I'm not sure I would shop here again.”

“I ordered the Nebraska Modern Oak extending table, I am so pleased with my purchase it is very well made and looks beauiful, had loads of comments from friends and family about it. It was well packed and the delivery service was exceptional. The lady who answered the phone to me was very helpful and pleasant. I will definately buy from here again.”

“Yes was absolutely delighted with my Arklow oak tv stand and coffee table. Beautiful quality, well packaged, fast delivery and was kept well updated re: delivery times. Am now looking at matching dining table and chairs and small sideboard (hopefully the latter will be back in stock soon) .”

“Ordered on the Wednesday afternoon, email and phone call immediately confirming delivery for the Friday. Numerous texts and emails about delivery. Driver then called to say he was on his way. He carried it into the room of choice. It was packaged really well. Came out of the box already made up. Lovely TV stand, love it! Lots expensive”
