I first had contact via live chat to ask some questions, after I ordered I changed my mind and contacted them by email and they changed my order no problem. Delivery was quicker than I had been quoted elsewhere for the same product, very satisfied with the service

The furniture is a good quality and the delivery driver was pokite and helpful. Would have been 5 star but the communicationwith sales after purchase come across rude and little interest.

Furniture world no problem at all delivery company absolutely useless. Tried to deliver half My settee and said will deliver the rest in a few days as the van is fully booked out now 🤷‍♂️ but furniture world sorted it and was delivered next day

Great service and communications, despite the website saying delivery was 2-3 weeks, we had our furniture delivered within a week

Item ordered following the clarification of the detail of the piece of furniture with customer service. Item arrived within the timescale and delivered with care. Unfortunately, some of the fixings were missing, but this was dealt with promptly and I am pleased with the purchase and service. Thank you!

I had never heard of this company so I took a chance I did have a query when ordering and the phone was picked up straight away and my query answered I ordered on the Wednesday and two days later it arrived extremely well packed and I could track its route for delivery so conclusion I have no issues with company and I can recommend them

Just purchased a new mattress At Threemilestone store,Ian the salesman was amazing,very informative and knowledgeable and there is a huge range of mattresses in store.He guided us in the right direction and advised us on what sort of mattress we needed.Highly recommend furniture world for quality and staff.

Delivery date was changed without our knowledge but was corrected when we questioned it. Actual receipt of the goods was terrible. Sofas were dropped (we saw this happen) and then we were lied to about how the packaging became so filthy. Not a pleasant experience. No respect for our home.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the delivery service you have received . Having found your order and the couriers notes for your delivery , the change of delivery date was sent by mistake. Once you had contacted the courier , it was corrected and changed to the original delivery date as requested . I have also checked the images the drivers uploaded to their portal once your delivery had taken place , I can see from the images provided that the drivers carried your order up a drive away as they were unable to park the delivery vehicle next to your property due to building work being carried out . The courier will always try their best to make sure that all packaging is kept clean upon delivery, we do however recommend that customers to lay protective coverings on all floors to prevent mud and dirty being transferred from the outside when delivering .

Easy to rearrange delivery as first only gave 24 hrs notice and I couldn't manage this. Delivery by 2 people. They were careful with the 2 packages and put them in the kitchen for me. Both packages undamaged.

Ordered a bed , spoke to company first and felt reassured as it was an expensive purchase .delivery was prompt and arrived when they said it would ( two very helpful guys) .
