“Do not buy anything from this company, if you return item even if it is damaged you will not get a FULL refund. Also the items I looked at came from China, many responsible company are now switching their manufacturing away from China.”

“We bought an Ecki2 wooden corner shelving unit in white. We have had numerous compliments from our friends about this unit. It comes as a flat-pack, but very easy to put together with the instructions. We are very pleased with this item, and would certainly recommend the company.”

“Superb furniture, very reasonable prices and first class customer service. We ordered 3 pieces, all lovely but 1 had a small bash due to courier. Furnitureinfashion made it fast and easy to resolve. Very impressed and will buy again!”

“The furniture we purchased looks amazing such good quality for a very reasonable price. Easy to order online, and goods delivered on time, which were packed to a very high standard. It took us longer than expected to get the furniture put together due to illness and there was one small part that was damaged but we received excellent customer service from Anthony and this small item has been replaced. Many thanks to Anthony for sorting out the problem so quickly. We will definitely be buying from them again.”

“Overwhelmed with the service. I actually ordered a Savona dining table in the WRONG size and they moved mountains to recall the delivery and ship me a smaller size. The management and staff were super helpful. Cannot recommend these guys enough!!”

“Bought a coffee table and tv unit. Sadly both had parts missing. Contacted customer service and thanks to Frank had missing parts within days. Cannot fault quality of goods or superb customer service. Highly recommend.”

“Very poor craftsmanship All of their products look high quality, so I have ordered a; TV unit, coat rack, cupboard, and 3 sets of drawers. From these items, the doors on the cupboard do not secure properly, I had to get one of the main parts of the coat rack resent as the holes were drilled in the wrong place, the base of one set of drawers resent as the screw hole was not completed, and none of the drawers on the main set fit correct (all are too small). Please do not buy items from here.”

“I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service that I have received from Furniture in Fashion. I bought a coffee table which was damaged. I reported this approx. a month and a half after delivery. Furniture is Fashion are prepared to replace the coffee table, for which I am extremely grateful. May I thank you for you excellent service. “The chair legs were not of perfect quality. After a phone call and a few photos Anthony agreed to replace them, and a new set was delivered the next morning. The goods are now satisfactory and I commend the excellent service.”

“Avoid this company at all costs!! 2 damages tables, countless emails, phone calls, waiting weeks in between each damaged item to have a replacement now it’s bordering two weeks and they can’t confirm with me wether they have the damage items (picked up by their own courier) in their possession or not. I am just constantly being told “we have to wait to hear back from the courier” or “there is no response from the courier”. This seems to be their favourite term to use “we’ve had no response” as they’ve said the same thing when I waited 3 weeks for the damaged table base to be replaced. Apparently there was “no response from the supplier” this time! They literally couldn’t care less!! The way the company treat customers is absolutely DISGUSTING!!!! For the courier to also comment on their customer service that says something! I am still waiting for a refund of around £900.. AVOID THIS COMPANY I have also reported them to trading standards along with all the other people here.”
