“Ordered a sofa chair that I loved but felt like it didn’t sit right, the chair slopes down too much making it uncomfortable. Spoke to customer services and within a week someone had come out to look at the chair and told me the feet were the wrong way round!!!!!! They checked to whole chair, swapped the feet and plumped it up and it’s better than ever. A fantastic service, best customer service making me feel valid and important and just respecting the problem. So impressed. Thank you!”

“I have never in my life received such appalling customer service from a company. I have repeatedly contacted this company about a replacement part I ordered and paid for in December. I have been ignored on several occasions and when I have had a response it has promised delivery dates that have come and gone. My item is now over 2 months late despite the fact they are still selling the product on their site. In desperation I contacted their CEO who has also completely ignored my mails requesting information and help to resolve my issue. I am not sure how a CEO of a company can treat his customers with so much contempt. I would avoid this company at all costs as it seems once they have your money they no longer care. Shocking service. You have been warned”

“The WORST company I have ever dealt with, a bunch of crooks -AVOID. They have stolen my money. I bought the miami side table - the photo on the website showed a one piece table, but with the words 'all items come flat packed unless otherwise stated'. I rang the customer service and the advisor said that the table was one piece. When it arrived, it was a cheap flat-pack item. When I told the manager about my experience, he suggested I was lying, said that none of his collegues would say that. I asked him to check the call recording and he said there wasn't one. He then lied and said they would pay return postage. When I asked for it in writing, he backtracked and said he didn't say this. He told me I would have to pay £30 to return it and I didn't trust them to refund me so didn't send it. I put a one star review on Trustpilot. I then got a call from 'Mark Andrews' (unlikely to be his real name) bribing me to take the review down and saying they would pay the return postage and refund me as soon as the table reached the warehouse. THIS IS COMPLETELY AGAINST THE TRUSTPILOT RULES and I have a recording of him doing this. Unsurprisingly, they used a dodgy courier company who took THREE attempts to collect the item, wasting my Dad's time. They finally collected it over two weeks ago. I wrote 'Mark' an email and - what a surprise! - have had no reply and no refund. DO NOT BELEIVE THE RATING ON TRUSTPILOT OR ANY OTHER SITE. The company ring up those who give bad reviews and bribe them to take them down. By the looks of it, they also put up fake good reviews.”

“Don't waste your time and money on this company! I have bought a sideboard from them, got delivered within 2 weeks, so wasn't that bad. Whole top of the sideboard was badly damaged - no way I could use it. They had offered to replace it, but when I have received my replacement part it was incorrect item - not for my sideboard at all. I have asked them to fix the issue for me again, but not got offered any solution just to pack it all up & they will collect the whole thing. Very disappointing, all I do now is packing their parts and waiting for drivers. Customer service not helpful at all, like they don't understand what do you actually need from them. I just hope I will get my money back and won't have to deal with this company again. Stay away and spend your money somewhere else!”

“I absolutely love this sofa. The colour is deep and luxurious, the fabric is so soft. High quality and very comfy and supportive on the back. Would buy again! I would upload an image but there is no option to do so.”

“Ordered 2 items which declare on site to have "lots in warehouse" and qualifies for free delivery. I then receive email telling me that one item is out of stock so I cancel but that means paying delivery - fair enough - except that (Scots beware!) my postcode means paying additional fee. Looking closer, they deliver free up to 100 miles north of Edinburgh but 20 miles out of Glasgow deserves additional cost. My postcode is not on an island or requiring side roads, it's by the M8! Customer services wouldn't budge so I cancelled the order. No, I don't recommend.”

“I bought 4 Macadam fold up chairs in yellow. 3 weeks on we've used them outdoors and they're really sturdy and good quality. Great colour too. Real value for money. Highly recommended.”
