“I was a bit nervous about my order after reading the reviews on here, but I had good experience. I knew when I ordered it would take up to 14 days, and it did arrive within that time. The product I ordered was a chair and it was excellent quality, which I was surprised as it was fairly cheap. I did contact customer service via Messenger, they sent a update via text and replied within the 72 hours.”

“Superb customer service. Some of my items were delayed. They rang the next day to see whether I wanted a refund or would like to wait. Some items I waited for and the rest was refunded to me. Anytime I emailed with a query it was actioned straight away. Highly recommend this company.”

It was so well packaged and the instructions were (thankfully) very straightforward. Looking at the reviews on here, maybe I’ve been very lucky but either way, I’ve no complaints.”

“Absolutely disgusting service, every time you call some new picks up the phone with a English name, but yet the cant speak English properly.. My order came with damaged missing parts. Its been over a week and now they telling me to go out shopping and find the parts from other stores!! AVOID THESE CROOKS!”
