“Ordered a TV stand, which was delivered quickly. I didn't immediately assemble it and only noticed that parts were missing months after the order, the customer service still swiftly sent replacement parts -> one happy customer!”

“We were really pleased with the Wardrobes and chest of drawers we purchased for our newly decorated bedroom, delivery was quick, however, we did have a couple of damaged pieces, when we contacted customer services,. Alex couldn't have been any more helpful, he arranged for the pieces to be replaced immediately which have arrived and we now have our furniture all assembled and looking great, we had no issues with the communication at all and would definitely recommend to our friends as what could have been a problem actually wasn't at all - many thanks”

“I was very pleased with both the product supplied by the company, and their customer service also. I was particularly pleased with the way they dealt with replacing a part which was damaged during assembly. Anthony was fantastic, responding quickly to emails and resolving the issue very well. “Ordered items that showed in stock to be emailed a week after informing me that an item i ordered was out of stock from the supplier. It would be back in stock in about 4 weeks. That was 5 weeks ago! Ive been waiting over two months and my lounge has no furniture in it. I wont be using this company again and will get my bank on the case to request a refund”

“do not use this company, my wardrobes have taken 6 months and still havent arrived, they have not once called me or updated me. and customer service are not helpful, happy the time their phone system goes to voicemail”
