Purchasing and store great. The delivery was ok - received email on 3/1 where I provided all required information - my request for information regarding potential delivery times was ignored - had I been aware that the delivery may have been as early as 07:30 I would have got up earlier ( annual leave) Fortunately they were a little late

I was pleased with your delivery team, they were on time, efficient, tidy and helpful with instructions and information, however I was disappointed not to have purchased the Milano 2.5 seater it was the one I initially thought I was getting. Many thanks Luz Gerstein

Delighted with the service, delivery guys were absolutely excellent. Polite, helpful, and got the job done in a great amount of time. One mattress did not arrive with them but they explained that they would deliver this the following day and were very apologetic.

Excellent delivery team. Prompt, and kept us well informed of eta. Polite and cherrful. Also very efficient, but thorough too. Ensured we knew in detail re. installation and dismantling and advice on product care too. We have a flat where internal walls have been installed rather awkwardly and the delivery team very cheerfully adjusted to this. The only disappointing thing was that the delivery was approx a week later than original estimate given at the showroom but that wasn't a biggie for our own personal circumstances, and isn't the fault of the delivery team. In any case we were given advance notice of delay one week before original estimated date

Excellent sofabed, quality build and comforatble bed. The sofa is a little on the firm side and quite high but OK for me as I am quite tall! Due to the great operating system, converting to a bed takes seconds, without the need to remove and store the cushions. My only slight criticism would be the absence of response to several emails when I queried the delivery date in advance as I needed to avoid a specific day (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). Having said that, the delivery itself was on time, superb, and with a friendly, helpful and very tidy delivery team. They were very professional throughout including advice on siting and how to deal with any problems. I would have no problem recommending Furl in the future.

Today our new Furl Sofa Bed was delivered and demonstrated by two extremely happy, cheerful, polite & helpful employees. There was a minor delay in meeting the original provisional delivery date, however we are based in Gloucestershire & I imagine therefore not on a frequent delivery route. We are thrilled with the quality of the product & pleased that after much research of the market we eventually chose Furl

We bought our first Furl storage bed in 2008 and a second one in 2017 when we moved to France. They have endured 4 moves so far, are very easy to de- and reconstruct and to move, and still as new and comfortable as on their first day. Great quality and mechanism and I loved that you can customise them to the tiniest detail. Only thing that was a disaster in our case was the international shipping which was very overpriced and like Russian roulette 🤣. But if this side has improved we are happy to order 2 more beds for our kids as we speak 😉. Best wishes from Strasbourg Astrid & family

The purchasing process was pleasant and I am pleased with my purchase. The only part which was disappointing was the delivery where the information regarding delivery that I received was different (told I would be informed by phone by the delivery drivers on the day but it seemed pretty one sided).

The delivery team were fantastic. The product is extremely high quality so worth its price. The other criticism I would have is the website didn’t have any record of my order and nor did the tracking details of high did not reasure!

The delivery team was polite, efficient and tidy delivering and assembling the sofabed. Explained things and answered all questions. The only reason I give a 4 and not a 5 is not about the delivery team but the delivery process itself. I asked the day prior for an idea of the delivery time window and never got a response. I only learned of the delivery time a few hours prior and it was right in the middle of a schedule conference call that I had to cancel. Delivery windows should be given prior to the delivery day so that not only Furl but also the client can plan their day.

Unfortunately, my bed was delivered 3 weeks late. I had to contact Furl to ask where it was and they should have been contacting me with an explanation and apology. However, the delivery process was very smooth and professional. The crew were efficient, careful, helpful and courteous and very friendly. I would strongly recommend them.

I waited an extra few weeks for my sofa bed to be delivered because the wrong feet had been made. When the sofa was finally delivered the two guys took great care putting the sofa together, until they realised they couldn’t fit the moving system as it was the wrong size. It took several phone calls to HQ to discuss what to do next, and finally they had to drill extra holes into the base of the sofa to be able to fit the moving system. After 3 hours I was happy my sofa bed was in good working order. I applaud the two delivery guys, who were polite and professional, and managed to put the sofa bed together despite not having the correct part.

Delivery had to be rescheduled, but once the van arrived everything went smoothly and the team could not have been more helpful.

Bought two Furl Max+ storage beds over several months. Broadly speaking, happy, despite the second, smaller bed costing more than the original due to price inflation. Positives: the beds are well designed, elegant, space-saving, robust, have changeable covers, are UK-made, - and do the job. The delivery crew gave a courtesy call an hour before arrival and arrived on time. A few minor gripes, however: 1. Please ask delivery staff not to rest bed materials against customers' walls - it marks them. 2. Delivery for the second bed was approximately 20 days over the estimated delivery date, which is a disappointment, given the price paid. 3. The on-hold telephone voice does not sound warm enough and should be replaced with a professional voice-over who can suitably convey and represent the business's values.

Excellent product and great delivery / installation team. Would have been 5 stars if delivery had happened when originally told however apparently no delivery team was in our area (south east England) until 2 weeks later.

Great Mirage storage bed product (just delivered) & excellent delivery / installation team. Only a little let down by shop staff lack of product knowledge and initial incorrect delivery timeline promise - subsequently / efficiently managed by good warehouse organisation (thank you Amy).

Product great. Shop and delivery staff very helpful and efficient. I haven’t given 5 stars because of the complete inflexibility of the delivery service. If I hadn’t been able to change my arrangements to suit the date offered, I was told I would have to wait a month for delivery, and despite paying a premium for express delivery!

Excellent service and delighted with the bed. Delivery, once organised, was very efficient and the person delivering and building the bed was a pleasure to deal with. My questions via live chat were answered quickly. I had a bit more difficulty getting a response by phone - but customer service was generally excellent.
