“After speaking to David at Furl we have had an old sleigh bed converted to a storage bed. We are delighted with the final result. We now have a fantastic amount of storage and plenty of room for my shoes and handbags! I would also like to say a big thank you to the delivery guys who did a wonderful job assembling the bed. Last year we bought a large storage bed from Furl and we were very happy with the entire experience. Many thanks to David and his team.”

“Ordered 2 Plus beds. Excellent experience, from initial research all the way to the first sleep! David provided advice, giving generously of his time. The delivery team were courteous and friendly. And ultimately, the beds are beautifully built, look a million dollars and do exactly what we hoped they would: free up precious space.”

“We took delivery of our Sofa bed on Friday 15th January 2016 and the whole process from visiting the showroom to delivery has been amazing. David answered all our questions, provided great advice as this was an expensive purchase for us. David put our minds at ease and we felt confident we had found the right company/product as were going to be using the sofabed everyday. So the bed arrived on Friday and it beat are expectations, the delivery/installation was seamless. We went for the top of the range memory foam, which was firm at first but after our 3rd night its starting to break in (I didn't want to get out of it this morning). The build is excellent and we now know the saying "you get what you paid for". This sofa bed will last us for years. I can't recommend this company enough, if you need a sofa bed PLEASE don't go to your normal high street shops if you require an "everyday" sofabed, as we went to them all and not one is on pair to the high build quality/standard/service.”

“From showroom to delivery the customer service was excellent. The installation process was professional and on time. The quality of the bed excellent. In summary, no surprises and a solid sales and after sales process. Happy customer would recommend to any of my friends. Only comment is that the memory foam mattress is firmer than the tempur pedic classic mattress I am used to, but it works also.”

“I am writing this review for those of you who are thinking of purchasing products from David Norman - owner of the 'Furl' Company. Although the price on the Furl website maybe slightly higher compared to other companies/websites, you can be rest assured to get the best in quality, style and design, exactly as they are described on their website, in fact, their products will definitely exceed your expectations – I can say this, because I have had the privilege of knowing them and now owning Furl products. That’s not all, their customer service, delivery and installations services are the best I have encountered so far. If by any chance, you think that other companies such as ‘Dreams’, ‘Harvey’, ‘DFS’ etc – might be selling products of the same type or quality, think again and know from me - Furl products are simply the best !!! - Review, by: Mohammed Ali.”

“I was out looking for a sofa bed for my client's and came across Furl range. So I arrange for a visit at the showroom. Little bit out of the way but well worth the visit. Great customer service. Becca especially was excellent at showing me around the full range. Becca explaining all the mechanisms and the various size option, styles, fabrics colours, textures, mattresses types. All questions answered including one of my main worries about getting the sofa bed into a basement bedroom down a narrow stair well. No problem say Becca they come with easy break down and build for hard to get too rooms. we deliver the sofa in bits and build for you. Fantastic!!!! I also requested a few added extras to accommodated my clients needs. Nothing was a problem all do-able. Which was also music to my ears. Sofa's are really well design and easy to operate and really comfy too. Which is hard to find these day. I tried them all out. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this company and the sofa beds. We will be ordering in the New year 2016 after the build is finished. Wendy Hooper Interiors.”

“Simply THE BEST... my carpenter put it together yesterday and it feels like a Mercedes. brilliant quality and sooooo comfortable. Thank you so much for the excellent service at all times, you and your company are an example of how customer service should be. “My bed arrived in just under 4 weeks. I ordered the Max with a latex mattress. I have had 2 back operations this year and needed a comfortable bed with easily accessible storage underneath. I looked at many storage beds but none had the storage capacity of this bed and no others were easy to lift. A visit to their lovely London showroom is a must - you will be amazed at the variety of fabrics, beds, mattresses, sofa beds, ottomans etc. David and his staff were extremely helpful. You are free to look around and there is no "hard sell". The men who came to install the bed were quick, friendly and efficient. I've had this bed only two days but my sleep has improved enormously. The mattress is fantastic and provides the support I need without being too hard or too soft. I love it so much that I will be ordering another one. Overall Fantastic.”

“As I live in a very small apartment storage is very important. After months of searching and testing numerous storage beds that were far too heavy for me to lift alone. I found the perfect bed at the London based showroom of The Storage Bed Company. I just couldn't believe how easy it was to lift no matter what type of mattress was on top. Even with one hand! There are so many wonderful styles and mattresses to choose from and the staff were very patient and helpful in understanding my needs and guiding me through the process. I bought the Maxi because of the large volume of storage and the latex mattress which is so comfortable. My hand made bed was delivered and set up within 4 weeks of my ordering it. It fulfilled all my expectations and more and maximised the space of my small apartment. I highly recommend the effortless mechanism to lift the bed, the quality of the bed and the mattress. “Living in a small flat and having to give up our only bedroom to our newly born baby, we were looking for a sleeping solution that would be both convenient and comfortable. After an extensive research, we came across the sofa bed company. When we visited their showroom we were very impressed by the quality of the products on show. Often with sofa beds you have to compromise on either the look of the sofa or more importantly on the quality of sleep you’ll get, as most of them are meant to be slept on occasionally. The sofa we ordered, and have been sleeping on for the last six months, is both beautiful and comfortable, no compromise! So far we are very happy customers, and would happily recommend this company and their products.”

“From first enquiry online to final delivery (with a visit to the showroom in between) this was a brilliant experience. The sofa bed is extremely comfortable as a sofa and as a bed. This is a company who believes in providing excellent quality sofa beds (and storage beds) and does so with an integrity and honesty which you rarely find these days. It took me a while to follow up after first enquiry and there were gaps in my contact during the process - so I may have appeared that I wasn't going to place an order - but I was treated wonderfully and like a truly valued customer throughout. We ordered the largest size and they delivered the mechanism in advance of my placing an order to ensure it would fit through the narrow entrance into my flat, which it did without problem. They were a delight to deal with - from the company owner ,who designs the clever furniture, to the guys who delivered and assembled the sofa bed - and we are delighted with our purchase. I can heartily recommend them to anyone.”

“The sofa bed has met our expectations of a product akin to a normal bed (we slept in it last night) and a vast improvement on any other sofa bed we have experienced before. We will be inviting guests, confident of their good nights sleep! The process of choosing it from the display room was straight forward and affirming. The service has been responsive in every way. Very satisfied, excellent mechanism, sturdy bed.”

“We love the attention to detail. All of the little annoyances of normal sofabeds have been taken care of, and the height of the bed when open is perfect for my parents when they come to visit. It is comfortable to lounge on and looks beautifully crisp and modern.”

Hello Christopher, thank you for your review - just as your sofa bed was delivered in sections it will come apart again when you need to move, get in touch when you need help and we'll send the instructions.
